We will continue to uphold a commitment to sustainable wood product use. Wood is a reusable, recyclable, renewable natural resource. When sourced from sustainably managed forests it is actually a carbon drain on the atmosphere which combats global warming. The manufacturing of wood products requires less fossil fuels than alternative decorative products. We also heat our manufacturing facilities utilizing our scrap to produce steam heat. This is a significant decrease in carbon emission compared to the conventional energy source otherwise required. Since our inception, we've always had an appreciation for wood and the environment. Going forward, we aim to make sure we are doing our part to uphold that tradition... To become more environmentally friendly. Our community is very important to us. It's the life-blood of our existence and we aim to always keep that in mind with every veneer order we fill.
