David Howard serves as Chief Attorney Compliance Officer for Schreiber/ Cohen, LLC. In this role, he is responsible for leading the internal processes for promoting and ensuring Firm compliance with laws, regulations, risk management, company policies and procedures.
David received a B.A. in political science from Rivier University, and a J.D. from Massachusetts School of Law, where he was a member of the award winning trial team, and member of the Student Bar Association.

Greg works as an associate makes him responsible for the firm's litigation throughout the Green Mountain State, and he has appeared before the Courts in each of Vermont's fourteen counties. Licensed in Vermont since 2005, he has conducted numerous hearings and trials for his clients at Schreiber since joining the firm.
Greg is a 2004 graduate of Vermont Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree, and was a member of the Moot Court Advisory Board. He is a 2001 graduate of Penn State, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with honors, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He began his legal career working for a preeminent Vermont firm, and then transitioned to his local State's Attorney's office, where he gained invaluable experience trying cases before a jury. He has argued numerous times before the Vermont Supreme Court and has a number of recorded decisions to his name. He has been actively engaged in private practice in Vermont since 2017.
Heather Q. Wallace is the associate attorney handling collection matters for the firm throughout the State of Connecticut. Heather has seven (7) years experience handling matters in the area of collection litigation. Heather also has experience handling residential real estate transactions.
Jeffrey Schreiber represents consumer creditors such as direct issuers and debt buyers in collection litigation in all the New England states (except Rhode Island). He too defends members of the credit and collection industry such as law firms, collection agencies, and lenders in consumer protection litigation. Mr. Schreiber is a litigator and trial attorney with decades of experience. He successfully handles complex business disputes that allege, among other things, fraud, negligence, breach of contract, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and malicious prosecution.
Mr. Schreiber is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Washington, DC, and Indiana. In 2012, He was designated as one of Boston's Top Rated Lawyers by the American Lawyer. And, in 2015, 2016, and 2020-2023, Mr. Schreiber was named a Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers Magazine.
