SANDRA LEDWIDGE

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology. As part of my formal education, I completed intensive supervised training and learning about both counselling and psychotherapy... My therapeutic experience is varied and spans three decades. Primarily, I have focused on the areas of physical and occupational rehabilitation, chronic pain and illness, stress management, injury prevention, and wellness promotion. Throughout my career, I have supported many individuals in their effort to get to know themselves better, improve communication skills, resolve challenging problems, recover from physical injuries, and live happier, more satisfying lives... I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with over 20 years of rehabilitation counselling experience. I offer counselling and therapy to individuals, couples, and families in Comox, Courtenay, Campbell River, North Vancouver Island, and the larger Comox Valley.
