SWISS-MODEL

SWISS-MODEL is developed by the Computational Structural Biology Group at the SIB Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics and the Biozentrum of the University of Basel. This project has furthermore received funding from ELIXIR and the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement number 101003551... SWISS-MODEL is a fully automated protein structure homology-modelling server. The purpose of this server is to make protein modelling accessible to all life science researchers worldwide.
