Our goal is to share what we think about software development and enhance the perspective of other technologists, not just PMs or SMs or whatever title you hold in your role as a facilitator of a good agile practice. Meaning, we want other roles involved in software development to thrive thru the understanding and practice of agile principles. Many will be surprised that agile software development has a strong philosophical foundation and not just a set of guidelines to do a process... We are a group of Scrum masters, project managers and agile coaches that are passionate about technology, people and well, leading people that build technology.
