Chris Scoonderwoerd

With more than 15 years' experience in the tenant improvement industry, Chris has all the expertise required to get the job done on time and on budget. As our top superintendent, Chris brings a "get it done" mentality to every project that makes him a favorite with clients.

Godofredo Morales

Godofredo "Fred" is a master carpenter in the framing and drywall field, but he doesn't stop there; he can do just about anything from t-bar to doors. Whatever needs to get done, Fred takes care of it while maintaining a very clean, safe environment-and always with a big smile.

Johnathan McKemy - CEO, President

After starting out as a superintendent and working his way up to senior estimator and project manager with another firm, Johnathan founded THH in 2015. Now, he acts as the firm's lead project manager and estimator. Johnathan relies on his 14 years' experience in the industry, coupled with his business degree from Chapman University, to manage every project with care and skill.

Luis Ruiz

Luis "Angel" is a framing and drywall specialist with over 10 years' experience working in commercial construction. His versatility and willingness to learn have made him a valued member of our team.

Patrick McKemy - VP

Patrick is the lead field superintendent and project manager. Patrick has more than 15 years' experience in the industry as a project manager, general superintendent, and superintendent. His knowledge and attention to detail is unmatched.

Saundra Valdez

Saundra brings more than 10 years experience as a project engineer/ assistant project manager in the commercial construction industry. Her attention to details and willingness to support the team in any capacity brings great value to the THH team. Her experience and knowledge streamlines our ability to get the job done on time and on budget.

Tammy Rivas

Tammy has over 20 years experience as a bookkeeping expert in the construction industry. Attention to detail is her specialty. It doesn't stop with bookkeeping, Tammy keeps the projects moving as she is involved in all aspects from contract to close out.
