Anita obtained her master's degree in corporate law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. She started her legal career at Allen & Overy in 2014.
Anita enjoys fitness and traveling and has a particular interest in food.
Bob Elich (LLM) is a corporate lawyer with a focus on M&A transactions. Bob obtained his master's degree in corporate law at Leiden University (cum laude).
Bob lives in Amsterdam, is really into sports (field hockey, tennis, padel and skiing) and loves to travel.

Bram Furstner (LLM) is co-founder and partner of Door Advocaten, an employment law focused boutique firm in Amsterdam. Door Advocaten is Vriman's dedicated law firm in employment-related matters. Bram is an all-round employment lawyer specialised in M&A transactions, restructurings, dismissals, flexible workers, contractors, works councils, trade unions and employment litigation.
Bram was educated at Leiden University (Civil law and IP Law). He completed the employment law specialist course at Grotius Academy in 2016 and is a member of the VAAN. Before founding his own firm, Bram was a partner at a renowned law firm in Amsterdam.
Bram has three kids, plays football and enjoys cycling and running.
Bram Kok (LLM) is a corporate lawyer with a focus on both mid-market M&A and private equity transactions.
Bram was educated at Utrecht University, Tsinghua University in Beijing and VU University in Amsterdam where he obtained his master's degree in corporate law. He started his legal career at Van Doorne in 2017.
Bram lives in Utrecht and enjoys traveling, cooking and sports (CrossFit, running and snowboarding).
Christiaan van den Berg (LLM) is a corporate lawyer with a focus on mid-market M&A and private equity transactions. Christiaan obtained his master's degree in corporate law (commercial transactions) at Utrecht University. He started his legal career at Deloitte Legal in 2016.
Christiaan lives in Amsterdam and enjoys sports (soccer, tennis, running and golf).
Eva van Schie (LLM) is a corporate lawyer with a focus on mid-market M&A transactions. Eva obtained her master's degree in corporate law at Utrecht University and her master's degree in employment law at the University of Amsterdam. Eva started her legal career at Van Doorne in 2021.
Eva lives in Amsterdam and she enjoys rocycle, hockey, golf, skiing and diving.
Jan D. Vriesendorp (LLM) is a corporate lawyer with broad experience in M&A, joint ventures and contract law.
Jan was educated at Leiden University. Jan started his legal career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in 2007.
Jan is married to a former Dutch hockey international and father of 3 daughters and 1 son.
Jan is a passionate cyclist and mountain biker (Ronde van Vlaanderen, Marmot and Maratona Dolomiti) and (tour) skier (Haute Route). Jan also serves as a reserve officer within the Dutch army.

Julien Latreille (LLM) is a corporate lawyer with a focus on private equity and M&A transactions. Julien has been part of a variety of successful deal teams that advised both Dutch and international clients. Julien was educated at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam and Carleton University Ottawa, Canada. Julien has started his legal carrier in 2020 at Vriman M&A Lawyers.
In his free time, Julien enjoys participating in a variety of sports such as triathlon, hiking and multiple combat sports. Julien has completed the GR20 (a footpath that crosses the island of Corsica) and is a passionate chess player. He also likes to travel to adventurous destinations, is fluent in Dutch and English and has both a Dutch and Canadian passport.
Marius Ankum (LLM) has a professional focus on (mid-market) M&A transaction, real estate M&A and family owned businesses.
Marius was educated at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Hong Kong University and the London School of Economics. Marius started his legal career as M&A lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in 2006.
Marius is married to an ENT surgeon and father of 2 daughters and a son. Marius very much enjoys sports (running, cycling, triathlon, tennis and golf).
