WNY INCUBATOR NETWORK

WIN is funded through the NYSTAR Innovation Hot Spot program and chartered by the WNY Regional Economic Development Council [WNY REDC]. Our incubators serve the western region of New York State, including Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, and Niagara Counties... We are designated as the WNY Innovation Hot Spot, a NYSTAR program enabling program funding and a unique set of tax incentives for companies in their earliest stages. Our program is managed via the University at Buffalo.
