  • Director of Development
In an effort to take advantage of the numerous recreational opportunities that the Ogden Valley offers, Eric and his wife Nicole relocated to Eden in 2001, from the Pacific Northwest. "The plan was to come out to northern Utah and ski for a season, but with the active quality of life we experienced in the valley, we never left!" Every since, Eric has contributed to Wolf Creek by developing real estate communities and amenities within the master planned resort. JOHN LEWIS

Job Titles:
  • Owner
For over 20 years, John has been developing communities at Wolf Creek Resort and the surrounding area, ranging from condos, townhouses, commercial space, and residential neighborhoods. His construction company, Lewis Homes, Inc, has been the general contractor on hundreds of homes and commercial space in the area. Over the last few years, John was able to acquire the Resorts' Golf Course and commercial core, bringing together not just the "What", but the "Why" in development. If there was one single thing that drives John more than any other, it would be to create an environment that fosters community and family. Outdoor Concerts, races and events, small restaurants and shops, movie night on the side of a barn, - these are the experiences and memories that speak to "Why" we live where we live. Just as importantly, you need to follow that up with a first class home or living space. Life is all about priorities - "so first focus on building, maintaining and supporting the coolest community around, and let the houses sell themselves…"
