Duncan has over 20 years experience in the technology and telecoms sectors. He has co-founded two telecom start-ups and divested four ventures to companies such as Clear Channel and Virgin Media.
Duncan recently served as the UK Telecoms - Business Development Director at Arqiva. During his time at Arqiva he held a range of positions across sales, product, and strategy disciplines. At Arqiva, Duncan was focused on rural coverage, urban capacity solutions and M&A activity including the divestment of three business units enabling the eventual sale of Arqiva Telecom to Cellnex. Prior to this he worked as a management consultant providing strategic advice to a number of telecoms, Internet and technology organisations.
Duncan has a BEng in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Electronic Communications from Plymouth University; Duncan is also a Young Enterprise business advisor in Buckinghamshire, UK.

Elina is a Corporate Finance Associate at Axxeltrova. Previously, she worked as a Distribution Analyst within the Portfolio Management team at Greensill Capital. Prior to that she completed internships at Deloitte and Argo Capital Management in London. She holds a M.Sc. in Investment and Wealth Management from Imperial College Business School and a B.Sc. Hons in Economics and Statistics from University College London.

Emanuele is a Corporate Finance Senior Associate at Axxeltrova. Before joining he worked in Private Equity at Ardian in their London office. Prior to that he completed internships at Unicredit and Electrolux in Italy. Evagoras is a Corporate Finance Associate at Axxeltrova. Previously he worked at KPMG as an Advisor in the Deal Advisory department. He has a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick and an MSc in Investment and Finance from Queen Mary University of London. Evagoras is also working towards his CFA qualification. He is a CFA level III candidate.
Faisal has over 20 years of experience in tech and telecoms financing.
Working across the tech value chain from deep tech to software, telecoms and digital infrastructure, he has led projects in fixed and mobile technologies (including spectrum valuations, auctions, 2G, 3G, 4G, C-Band, 5G, Wi-Fi, M2M, IoT, White Space and Broadband and Fibre technologies). Faisal has built up an extensive network of contacts across the tech ecosystem as well as tech financing (ranging from VC/PE, Corporate Venture Funds, DFIs, HNWs, family offices and strategics). Faisal's tech and consulting background enables Axxeltrova to provide the highest calibre advisory to clients including strategy and structuring advice, technical input and production of investment material.
Faisal has a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Manchester University, a Masters in Computer Science from Cambridge University and has completed the Corporate Finance program at London Business School.
Faisal is a mentor on the Cambridge University Judge Business School MBA programme.
He is also a Hall of Fame entrant in the Cambridge University Computer Science Department.

Leonardo is a Corporate Finance Associate at Axxeltrova. Previously he was working as a Consultant to a fintech start-up focusing on LIBOR transition exposure on legacy financial derivative products. Prior to this experience Leonardo completed an Industrial Placement at Deloitte delivering Risk Advisory services. Leonardo holds a B.Sc. Hons in Finance and Economics from the University of Manchester.

Rick has a long-standing expertise in corporate finance and in directing the origination and execution of strategic debt and equity opportunities in both developed and emerging markets. He also has a long record in structuring complex financial solutions by utilising an array of finance products such as equity, mezzanine debt, structured debt, leveraged finance as well as other debt and equity products. He has strong knowledge of the institutional investor base in both developed and emerging markets and a close working relationship with hundreds of funds and family offices.
Rick has served as the Area Director of Cisco Capital for the Middle East and Africa, which is a fully licensed entity at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Prior to Cisco, Rick has worked in senior positions at several multinational companies including GE Capital, HP Financials Services and JP Morgan Chase. He has a BSc and an MSc in Computer Science from Columbia University in New York and an MBA from Oxford University.
As well as expertise in OSS and ISP systems development, Russell has deep knowledge of networking best practice, business critical systems, WiMAX and Wi-Fi. Prior to Axxeltrova, Russell was Director of Systems & Technology at UK Broadband Limited (a PCCW company) where he was involved in wireless technologies including Wi-Fi hotspots as well as ISP architecture. Russell has previously held senior technical roles at leading technology companies including Madge Networks and Red-M focusing on Bluetooth, WLAN, Ethernet, ATM and Token Ring.
Ruta has extensive experience in corporate finance, has led consulting projects in M&A and large capital developments. She focused on strategic deals in healthcare sector. Acting for large clients, she has a successful track record of evaluating and structuring multi-million business acquisitions and developments. With Ruta's wealth of experience, she can also advise on the best financial solutions and has helped ensure many clients are in optimum shape to achieve their strategic aims.
Ruta has over 10 years senior management experience and has served as deputy CFO. She is skilled in all aspects of business strategy and her main areas of accountability have been business development, finance and the implementation of change to enable business growth. Ruta is Chartered Accountant with Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
