Anna Salaman has over twenty-five years of experience immersed in the heritage, cultural and visitor attractions sectors, specializing in audience development, interpretation and learning. Anna's expertise has been informed from exposure to, and direct experience with a broad range of heritage approaches, both nationally and internationally and involving audiences spanning all ages and abilities. Anna has a strong track record in developing and implementing new heritage content and programmes, reaching new audiences, increasing income through activities and building visitor numbers. Anna is also well-versed in stakeholder consultation, community and audience development, and in locating key areas for consideration when planning content.

Cherry Anderson

Cherry Anderson is an accomplished freelance graphic designer with over 18 years' experience. She specialises in branding (logo design, visual identity and guidelines), marketing materials (digital and print) and design for public spaces (display, interpretation and interior graphics). Projects are taken from research and concept through to final production and/or digital output. Her broad experience ranges from retail brands such as M&S, Sainsbury's and Boots, through to charities and organisations including the Woodland Trust, as well as higher education institutions such as the University of Nottingham. Recently, Cherry had the pleasure of creating Julia Holberry Associate's visual identity and suite of branded documents. Her passion for community and sustainability underpins her work and is reflected in the suppliers she chooses. Cherry has a natural ability to connect with each client's vision, to pinpoint their key messages and turn their ideas into creative communications. Clarity, accessibility, practicalities and budget are always carefully considered. Christina Dixon

Christina Dixon is an audience development and marketing specialist working primarily within the cultural and voluntary sectors. Elizabeth Oxborrow-Cowan is a professional archivist and qualified management consultant. She is a very experienced archivist who has run her own consultancy since 2003. Elizabeth has worked right across the archives sector throughout the UK in both public and private settings. Consequently, she has a strong working knowledge of archives in a wide variety of situations including local government, museums, libraries, business and universities, from small private organisations to national institutions. She advises on both technical and strategic issues and has delivered numerous options appraisals, feasibility studies, action plans for strategic transformation, cataloguing programme plans, and collection and accommodation assessments. She also works extensively with key decision and policy makers such as The National Archives, the Welsh Government and the Archives and Records Association.

Helen Butterworth

Helen has worked with Julia Holberry Associates for over a decade, providing much of the statistical and analytical desk research underpinning NHLF funded projects. She is a practical and dedicated researcher and project coordinator with excellent organisational skills, enthusiasm and passion for her work. She brings experience from a wide variety of sectors from social change to the creative industries, working consistently at the intersection of story and systems change.

Mark Lewis

Mark is an Associate Director of Levitt Bernstein and has worked on many cultural projects from inception/options appraisal through to completion, most of which have been listed buildings. Mark's work includes museum, art gallery, library, theatre and concert hall buildings. His particular skill is in the quick assimilation of complex briefs and production of imaginative and appropriate design responses. Much of Mark's work includes the sensitive adaptation of historic buildings to better meet today's expectations for comfort, audience engagement, accessibility and sustainability.

Taissa Csaky

Taissa is an interpretation planner, content developer and writer. She works with project teams and content specialists to write interpretation plans for museums, historic buildings and nature reserves, regularly assisting with Round 1 and Round 2 HLF bids. She guides the selection and structuring of content, helps develop overarching themes and identifies the most effective and enjoyable ways to communicate with visitors. Her extensive experience of content development and writing, seeing projects through to final delivery, usefully informs the creation of robust and realistic interpretation plans. Taissa previously worked at Tim Gardom Associates, John Csáky Associates and with the educational publishers Coordination Group Publications. She holds a BA in Classics and a PgCert in Architectural History, both from the University of Oxford.
