Beatriz Navil Valdez Bojorquez originally from the City of Villahermosa, Tabasco, currently 35 years old, I am an Environmental Biotechnologist Engineer with a specialty in Integral Management of Industrial Companies and a master's degree in Oil and Gas Industry Management, story with more than 10 years of experience in the area of Safety, Health at Work and Environmental Protection,
starting in 2005 as an Assistant in the area of Safety, Health at Work and Environmental Protection at Promotora Ambiental del Sureste SA de CV, venturing into in 2010 as an Auditor in Training in Integrated Management Systems at QSI global SA de CV, in 2012 I joined Grúas Mendoza SA de CV as a Supervisor Specialist in Environmental Protection,
later in 2014 I received my first appointment as Head of SSPA and since From 2020 to date I perform the role of Head of SSPA for contracts with Petróleos Mexicanos and recently I was appointed Coordinator of the Integral Management System in the company Andrews Technologies de México SA de CV; likewise, I have registration with the Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare as an Independent Instructor.
Dalia Guzman began her professional life at Andrews Technologies of Mexico in the year 2007-2010 making the Economic Proposals at Unit Price for the Furbero Miguel Alemán and Múchite / Mata Verde 3D Seismic Tenders, the latter being the winner, in the following years she specialized in different companies as Head of the Tenders Department in Stimulation Projects, Fractures.
In 2014 she was invited to rejoin Andrews Technologies de México as Coordinator of Contract 421004860 "Rehabilitation, Modernization and Automation of 2000 HP Drilling Equipment, Southern Region" and Head of the Bidding Area, she is currently General Manager of Andrews México.
She is a Senior University Technician in Project Management and Evaluation from the Technological University of Tabasco and has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting and Finance from the Universidad del Valle de México.
Héctor Solís Gallardo Bachelor of Computer Systems and Information Technology with 15 years of experience in the oil industry, worked from 2005 to 2012 in Halliburton Mexico in the Landmark service line as "Consultant of Data" for Pemex Exploration, from 2012 to 2013 he was promoted to the position of "Practice Leader" for Data Consultants in Cd. del Carmen, Camp., from 2013 to 2014 as "Operations Manager" for the South Region (Villahermosa and Comalcalco, Tab., Agua Dulce, Ver. and Reforma, Chis.) and finally from 2015 to 2016 as "Services Coordinator" also for the South Region.
Later from 2019 to 2021 he worked at ROAN Technologies subsidiary of Andrews Technologies, Inc. as "Technical Representative" in contract No. 4182998003 object "proNova Automated Operations Detection" for Pemex Exploration (Villahermosa, Tab., Cd. del Carmen, Camp . and Poza Rica, Ver.) and currently works as "Head of New Projects" at Andrews Technologies de México, SA de CV

Jesús Ramírez Sánchez Electrical Industrial Engineer, 43 years of experience in the drilling area, beginning work at PEMEX (1980 -1992) as supervisor of electrical maintenance for drilling equipment, later at various oil companies: Industrial Perforadora de Campeche (Group R), Integrated Power Systems (IPS) as technical superintendent, Ruchamex as technical representative, Gray Wolf Drilling as maintenance superintendent, Industrias Costamesa (Mexoil) as maintenance coordinator and technical representative, my main activities in the manufacture and commissioning of PCR's , assembly, dismantlement and rehabilitation of drilling equipment as well as in the manufacture of marine platforms (Off shore).

Robert Andrews is Owner, President and CEO of ATI. He has over 40 years of experience working effectively with PEMEX and other National Oil Companies in Latin America as a contractor and supplier. Andrews has a detail understanding of the Mexican, Brazilian and Chinese Oilfield business and maintains close working relationship with current upper and middle management of the E&P sector of its customers and working Partners. Mr. Andrews, for the last 10 years, although based in Houston is in Mexico two to three times a month mostly developing business with PEMEX and executing ongoing long-term projects with PEMEX Drilling and Exploration divisions.
Previously to his current position Mr. Andrews was Owner, President and CEO of Andrews Group International (AGI) until 1998 when he sold the company and successfully merged with Core Laboratories. At the time of sale AGI was the premier reservoir characterization company in Mexico providing services mostly to PEMEX with two seismic processing centers one in Houston and one in Mexico City. AGI also was involved in extensive training of PEMEX personnel having a large training facility in Mexico City and 5 other locations in Mexico. AGI was the in-country partner for over 10 years with Landmark Graphics providing sales, training and technical support and on-site consulting in the use of the complete line of products. The Geosciences division of AGI (Consisting of over 60 tried and proven scientists) worked on the majority of the PEMEX fields executing studies and providing a variety of Geophysical, Geological and Petroleum Engineering services.
Mr. Andrews also was a founding member, stockholder and member of the Board of Directors of 3D Geophysical, Inc., a roll up of U.S. Mexican and Canadian Seismic acquisition companies, until its successful sale to Western Atlas, Inc. in 1998.
In 1999 Mr. Andrews in association other individuals with available funds, varied backgrounds and global experience started Blue Water Venture, Inc. a venture capital firm. Mr. Andrews was Director and President. The company was successful in investing in a number of projects both in the manufacturing sector and the real estate business. As of today, a number of these projects on the real estate continue and are under development in and around the Houston area.
