David A. Bosak

David Bosak has been practicing law since 2012, spending 6 years working for two defense law firms - 2012-2016 at Spilman, Thomas & Battle, PLLC and 2016-2018 at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP. While working as a defense attorney, representing corporations and insurance companies, David developed a unique perspective on defense strategy and how defense teams analyze data and prepare for trial. Lee Javins

Lee Javins has spent the last 25+ years primarily representing injured workers and their survivors. Linda Nelson Garrett

Linda Garrett has represented injured workers for 31 years, primarily in workers compensation and personal injury claims. She was a Bar Foundation Fellow of the year 2009. She is a member of the WV State Bar & WV AAJ. A former member of the House of Delegates & former elected prosecuting attorney for Webster County, WV. Linda Garrett has dedicated her career to representing injured workers.

Robert Thomas Noone

Robert Noone has represented injured workers from "day one" in a legal career that began over 25 years ago. A past partner in the labor law firm of Crandall & Pyles, he formed Robert Noone Legal Services (1989) in Logan, WV, continuing his primarily focus on workers compensation and social security. He has served as a past chairperson of the State Bar Workers Compensation Committee and lectured for bar and professional associations on topics of workers compensation, occupational pneumoconiosis and law office management. In the mid-90's he helped create Logan Health Right to provide free health care to the area's uninsured. Noone also enjoys a concentration in juvenile law which resulted in the WV Supreme Court of Appeals first placing him on the Juvenile Justice Committee (1992) and later on the Court Improvement Project which has sought to improve delivery of services to abused and neglected children in the court system. He is a founding member and current Chairperson of the Logan County Child Advocacy Center, started in 2008. Since 2003, Robert Noone has worked in close association with Bailey, Javins & Carter, L.C., serving in the capacity "of counsel" to them in the Logan community, as they offer comprehensive legal representation and advocacy.
