Arlen was born and raised in Purcell, Oklahoma and has resided in Pauls Valley since 1989. He earned his degree in Environmental Science from the University of Oklahoma and is a United States Air Force veteran. He holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, and 65 and life, health, and variable annuity insurance licenses. Arlen is also a Certified Financial Planner™ Professional . He started his career in 1986 with American Express Financial Advisors and joined Commonwealth in 2016.
Arlen is married to Marsha Williams who is a Licensed Master Social Worker and works in home health and hospice.
Doug was born and raised north of Bartlesville. He graduated from Northeastern State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 65 securities registrations, as well as an insurance license. His financial services career started at American Century Investments in Kansas City, Missouri. In 1995, he moved back to Bartlesville to work at 66 Federal Credit Union as the branch manager of its Investment Center, where he worked with Tracye Caughell. In late 1998, Doug and Tracye began to discuss starting their own firm where personal service and objectivity would be priorities. In January 1999, Caughell Rodgers Investments was founded and they have been helping their friends (clients) protect and grow their financial resources.
Outside of the office, Doug enjoys working on the farm and raising cattle, a pastime his dad introduced him to as a kid. Doug is married to Paula, who is a school teacher in Caney. They have two daughters, Taylor and Kalyn.
Todd is a native of Bartlesville and studied business management at the University of Oklahoma, where he was also a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. In 2003, he moved back home to Bartlesville to begin his career with a local financial planning firm. Todd's desire is to help clients excel in their financial journey. When he noticed that his values aligned with Tracye and Doug, he joined the Caughell Rodgers team in January 2019. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations.
Outside of the office, Todd spends time with his wife, Blair, and their three children: Addison, Parker, and Hudson. The family enjoys traveling, playing golf, lake time, and being outdoors.

Vickie was born and raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. After working as a teller and three years in consumer lending at 66 Federal Credit Union, Vickie began her career in financial services by being the first administrative assistant for the credit union's newly formed financial services department. During her 10-year career there, she met and worked with Doug and Tracye. Vickie joined them at Caughell Rodgers Investments in February 2002 as their client services associate, scheduling appointments and managing daily tasks (basically, keeping the office operating) for them.
Outside the office, Vickie enjoys spending time with friends and family. She and her husband, Mike, love to travel to national parks where they can hike, bike, and go white water rafting.
