The mission of EDCI is to provide access of capital and technical assistance to low-to-moderate income areas as well as LGBT, minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses in Illinois. We provide flexible and affordable financing for businesses that currently do not meet typical bank underwriting criteria. Additionally, we will help these companies via technical assistance to maintain their growth and profitability...
