Although Counselling is very much about you and your needs, learning more about me may help you make that decision... I am an experienced, qualified Counsellor in private practice. I am a Registered Member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and am bound by their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions... I first qualified to work in a business environment, but it wasn't long before I realised I wanted to work with people on a more personal level, where I could really help make a difference in their lives. I developed an interest in Jungian Psychology and set off on my own journey of self-discovery, sometimes painful, experiencing first-hand the benefits of having the right kind of support along the way.
