Attorney Ashley Evirs is a partner at the firm specializing in all facets of estate planning, estate and trust administration, as well as long term care planning. Ashley works with individuals and couples that have not completed any planning to design a customized plan to suit their goals and needs, as well as enjoys working with clients that have existing plan documents to see if any improvements or updates would be beneficial to the overarching plan. Her goal is to help people avoid probate system, minimize estate taxes, as well as provide asset protection for beneficiaries.
Further, Ashley's experience with long term care planning allows her to provide strategic counsel for the elderly community, and their families, preparing for a loved one's upcoming MassHealth/Medicaid long term care application. She counsels families on available spenddown strategies, sets up Irrevocable Trusts for protection purposes, as well as locates any planning deficiencies so she can recommend improvements. Ashley's practice also centers on counseling clients through the loss of a loved one. She has handled probate actions, navigated resolutions for family disputes, acted as Trustee for clients, represented Trustee's to counsel and guide the administration process, as well as prepared and filed state and federal estate tax returns.
