Ann worked for us as a stylist many years ago but left to have a family. Now that her children have grown up she has come back as a salon hostess. It's great to have her back in the team.
For many years, Annice was our fantastic head receptionist, but she retired a few years ago. Poor Annice decided she missed us (and the clients!) all too much, so now she's come back part time ...
Claire is head of our customer service standards and education. She's really highly-regarded, both at the salon and in the industry, and is an educator for the hairdressing business club 3.6.5. Hair. Honest, sensitive and a great listener, you will get a fantastic consultation from Claire and she's also highly skilled with hair loss and wig clients.
Katie has joined us after re-locating from Market Risborough and has settled in that well you'd think she'd been here forever! She has a great fun personality and the talent to match. Katie loves doing hair up, and she's brilliant at it. A real superstar with festival hair, prom hair and wedding hair.
The thing you need to know about Leanne is that she's a bit of a perfectionist, so you won't get any cutting corners with her. She's a ‘creative' through and through and has many strings to her bow, not least hair extensions, hair-up and gents cuts. If you're in the mood for a redesign, Leanne would be more than happy to help.
Louise is another loyal and valued member of the team with 17 years' service. She's friendly and helpful, but confident in her ability to make your hair look great. She's a huge fan of the classics and absolutely brilliant with bobs. From perms to creating big bouncy blowdries, Louise is a bit of a whiz at working with curly hair too.
Olivia is another one of our superstars with a colourist's brush and bowl and she loves to balayage hair. She's focussed on listening to what her guests want though and is a stylist who really goes out of her way to make them feel great. Outside of the salon, you'll mostly find Olivia spending time with her lovely little girl.
Rosie is oozing with personality, which you'll get to know well if she gives you one of the makeovers she is rather famed for in the salon. She's a real believer in personal development and regularly attends training courses. She's also trained in barbering and is super gifted with gents cutting.
There's no doubt that Samantha was always going to be a hairdresser - she stared as a Saturday girl at the age of 12! She believes in developing client relationships based on trust and as a result her clients have 100% confidence she will make them look amazing. As well as a cutting and styling, Samantha is great with hair up and one of our bridal hair superstars.
Sara's been our receptionist for 9 years and is one of the reasons why the salon is such a friendly and happy environment. She says she's cheerful and helpful, we think it goes so much further than that. She will make you feel welcome and relaxed and she will go the extra mile to make sure that you really enjoy each and every visit to Hair Management.
Having joined Hair Management as a part-time receptionist, Susie is now the salon manager and it's hard to imagine The Club Hair Salon without her. She's a bit of a customer service guru and is always considering things from the client's perspective - we've no doubt you'll really notice those little added extras she brings to the salon.
