MY FAVOURITE BREADING

My Favourite Breading is a delicious new breading mix and a unique blend of natural spices and wholesome ingredients. Add flavour to hundreds of foods with MFB... Preheat oven to 350F. Slice the chicken lengthwise to open a pocket for the ham and cheese. Wrap a stick of cheese with the ham and insert into the chicken (this will help keep the cheese inside the chicken). Heat a pan with desired amount of oil to flash-fry the chicken. Dip the stuffed chicken into the beaten egg. Drain excess egg. Carefully coat the chicken with My Favourite Breading. Carefully place the chicken in the sizzling oil and fry on all sides until golden. Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 mins until internal temperature is 165F. Cut and serve with desired side dishes... Have fun stuffing your chicken with other goodies like: sautéed spinach, goat cheese, chorizo, bacon, sundried tomato, feta, pesto, roasted garlic etc.
