Alex Lamar

Biography Alex assists with the processes for evaluation and economic evaluation of royalty properties. A distinguished reservoir engineer by background, Alex has held senior reservoir engineering positions with Hess, Mobil One, and Denbury Resources, a publicly traded independent oil and gas company, where he currently works as Sr. Reservoir Engineer. In addition, Alex was responsible for the evaluation, acquisition, and management of royalty and mineral properties as a Managing Member of ATL Resources LLC. While at ATL, he structured and oversaw the in-house procedures used for vetting and valuing royalty properties, including in East Texas, where OBR's current offering is focused. Alex brings strong engineering, royalty acquisition, and geographic specific experience in East Texas to OBR. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.

Chris Miller - CEO

Biography Founder and CEO, oversees all aspects of Oak Bridge; Chris previously founded Procurement Energy with a focus on liquefied and compressed natural gas virtual pipelines and small-scale LNG exports. Prior to PE, Chris held positions in wealth management for Lord Abbett & Co and Oppenheimer and Co. He holds an M.B.A. from M.I.T. Sloan where he authored numerous natural gas studies sponsored by the M.I.T. Energy Initiative. He holds a B.A. from Fordham University. CEO and Founder oversees all aspects of OBR. Chris previously founded Procurement Energy "PE" with a focus on developing liquefied and compressed natural gas "LNG" "CNG" virtual pipelines and small-scale LNG exports.

Dan Hawe

Jeff Ganis - SVP

Jeff brings a wealth of experience across multiple disciplines including capital markets and a long career in the commodities industry. Jeff has proven success in the distribution of investment securities including managed futures, private placements, mutual funds, alternative investments, and exchange-traded funds. Jeff provides an in-depth understanding of institutional sales and client development. In 1980 Jeff started at the New York Futures Exchange as floor manager for Heinold Inc. In 1983 Jeff became a member of the Chicago Board of Trade until 2016. In 2006 he became Managing Member and Co-Founder of eLocal Futures. In 2012 to present Jeff focused his efforts on investment securities including the distribution of alternative investments, introducing capital for private equity, and helping startups with their financing needs. Jeff holds a B.A. in Geology - Minor Economics Depauw University. He is FINRA Series 7-Series 63 licensed.

Lia Sedillos

Biography Lia assists with economic and technical evaluations. Lia is a petroleum engineer based in Houston, Texas. She has over 14 years of experience, recently having served as a lead engineering manager for Noble Energy Inc. At Noble she oversaw and managed a $400 million annual budget responsible for executing over 90 new well completions per year. She has extensive experience in modeling economic cash flows of new and existing wells as well as technical decline curve analysis based on local geologic conditions and projection of total EUR reserves. Lia has first-hand experience working in the prolific DJ Basin and Marcellus natural gas plays while at Noble Energy. She holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.

Steve Carson

Biography Steve assists with offering structuring, compliance, and syndication efforts. He brings a wealth of experience in syndication of oil and gas offerings through his past experience as President and Chief Compliance Officer of NGAS Securities, Inc, where he successfully raised over $203,000,000 in 14 oil and gas limited partnership offerings and corporate debt financing. In addition, he was Director of Legal Affairs overseeing legal compliance for the company's 1,400+ oil and gas wells located throughout Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma while also managing regulatory compliance as a publicly-traded company listed on NASDAQ. In addition, Steve was President and Chief Compliance Officer of KBR Capital Markets, LLC, an alternative investments wholesale broker dealer specializing in the distribution of private placements and publicly registered non-traded real estate investment trusts, business development corporations and master limited partnerships. He also served as General Counsel and Vice President for Frontier Oilfield Services, a public reporting, bulletin board company that specializes in saltwater recovery and drilling fluid disposal for oil and gas drillers and producers in the Haynesville in East Texas and the Barnett shale in North Central Texas. Steve currently serves as Partner at Secore & Waller, LLP. He holds a J.D. from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.

Tim Kotzman

Tim assists with land-centered efforts including deal sourcing and due diligence. Tim has over 12 years of experience in the land and mineral sector of the energy industry. He has overseen the acquisition of over $200 million of minerals and royalties in several US basins including the Permian, Eagleford, and Appalachian regions.
