Leonard Bolinsky is the Pennsylvania State Director. As such, he is responsible for the oversight of all of Pathways of Pennsylvania operations. Leonard has over twenty three years of experience in the healthcare field, including acute care settings and community based mental and behavioral health programs.
Leonard holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting from Lebanon Valley College.

Melissa Woznicki-Marshall is the Pennsylvania State Clinical Director. In this capacity, Melissa is responsible for leadership development, business growth, clinical outcomes, expansion efforts, policy development, and collaboration with our many business partners. Melissa has been with the company for more than seventeen years. She has led new home and community based program initiatives and provided clinical oversight for operations. She created a specialty education track for employees specific to Applied Behavior Analysis certification, headed employee engagement efforts, and established measurable clinical outcomes.
Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Specialist.

William Dukmen is the Vice President for Risk Management, Privacy, and Compliance. In this role, William is responsible for quality oversight and compliance monitoring for services related to all federal, state, and managed care payer regulations. William has more than forty years of risk management and compliance experience, leading initiatives related to safety in the workplace, quality assurance, and program integrity.
