Bailey is a Licensed Esthetician who completed her training in 2009 at Xenon International Academy in Wichita, KS. She is certified in HydraFacials, Dermaplaning, Medical Grade Chemical Peels, Laser Hair Removal, Lumecca IPL, and medical grade cosmeceuticals. She also loves to assist our providers with Botox and Dermal Filler treatments. In her free time she likes to cook, bake and spend time with her family & friends!

Carol is the Business Manager for both Ricks Advanced Dermatology & Skin Surgery and Radiance Medical Spa. Carol earned her Masters of Business Administration from Washburn University and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Business from the University of Maryland. She has been involved in the local medical community since 2004 most recently as the Director of the St Francis Health Cancer Center & Physician Clinics. Carol and her husband Nick have two grown children, Christina and Nick, Jr. Her hobbies include walking her cute cairn terriers, Daisy & Baxter, entertaining and spending time with friends and family. She is Designated Office Mom, Bringer of Bagels, fan of romantic comedies, drinker of English Breakfast tea, lover of a good spreadsheet!
Celina is a Registered Nurse who has been working with Dr. Ricks since August 2018. She graduated with her BSN from Washburn University's School of Nursing in 2015 and before that, lived in Nashville, TN for four years where she attended and graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2011. Since then, Celina has worked as an RN at various local hospitals and has loved getting the opportunity to care for a variety of patients. In her spare time, Celina enjoys having game nights with friends and traveling as much as possible. She and her boyfriend, Tegan, are both native Topekans who currently live in Lawrence, KS. You can often find them listening to live music at a nearby concert or cheering on the Kansas Jayhawks at Allen Fieldhouse! Her life motto is: "Whatever you do in life, always give 100%. Except for when donating blood."

Christina is a Licensed Esthetician and our Medical Spa Services Director who completed her esthetics training in Kansas City. In addition, she has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Baker University. Christina is certified in HydraFacials, Dermaplaning, Medical-Grade Chemical Peels, Laser Hair Removal, Laser Tattoo Removal, Pico Genesis, Skin Resurfacing, Lumecca IPL and medical cosmeceuticals. She loves spending time with her husband (Matt), daughter (Sophia), and dog (Stella), and doing craft projects! She is a gifted napper, TV binge watcher, and ice cream eater. And she always has mints.
Claire, a native Topekan, is a licensed esthetician who completed her esthetics training at Bellus Academy in Manhattan, KS. She loves spending time with her two orange kitties, iced lattes, pasta, cooking new things, and being outdoors. She is super crafty, and enjoys painting and ceramics! She has always had a passion for skincare, as well as anything girly and pink!
Dylan will be joining our team this summer! He is originally from Southwest, Missouri, and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Missouri State University, where he majored in Cell and Molecular Biology. Dylan then moved to the East coast and attended Sacred Heart University, where he received a Master of Physician Assistant Studies Degree (MPAS). Prior to attending PA school, he worked as a medical assistant in dermatology for three years. This sparked his interest and passion for both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Dylan was fortunate to witness the connection that a Dermatology provider has with each patient. Currently, he is a diplomate fellow in the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistant's Diplomate Fellowship program, for PAs working in Dermatology. Dylan looks forward to building relationships with his patients and his passion is improving the self-confidence of his patients through skin cancer prevention and treatment, cosmetic procedures, and skin care routines. He enjoys traveling, spending time with family, road trips with his dog Mitzy, scuba diving, dirt track racing, playing black-jack, and KU basketball!

Ivy has over 20 years of medical billing and front-end service experience. Her sweet husband of 9 years is Brian. Their only child is an orange sassy fat cat named Garfield. Her hobbies include going to movies, listening to music, watching Tik Tok and The Voice, and playing Bingo. As a K-state Fan, purple runs deep in her house!
Jaci is a licensed esthetician who received her training at Entourage Institute of Beauty and Esthetics. She has certifications in dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, Hydrafacial, and Diamond Glow. In her free time, she likes to go to the lake, hang out with her cats, travel, and spend time with family and friends!

Dr. Ricks is the owner and Medical Director of Ricks Advanced Dermatology & Skin Surgery and Radiance Medical Spa. He is the only fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon in Kansas outside of the Kansas City metro area. He is a native Topekan who returned to Kansas in July 2009 after 24 years of military service. He has been practicing Mohs Surgery, Dermatology and cosmetic procedures locally since then. Dr. Ricks has three children (Meaghan, Meredith, and Walker) and two step-children (Josie and Duke). He and his wife Stacy are very active in the local community. His favorite hobbies are exercising (running, swimming, boxing) reading (history, politics, and religion), gardening, spending time with family and absolutely anything K-State!
Tatum is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners with experience in general and surgical dermatology, treating all age groups. She is also trained in advanced cosmetic procedures such and Botox and dermal fillers. Tatum adores her two beautiful children and her sweet dogs! Dr. Ricks and Tatum share a love for the U.S. Air Force as they both have proudly served our country in the past.

Valerie Earned a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Emporia State University, and earned OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) in 2010. She has 21 years of nursing experience! She spent the last 19 years at the St. Francis Cancer Center; the last 13.5 of which as Nurse Manager/Clinic Manager and then became Director of Cancer Services. Valerie loves spending time with her husband, Chad, and her children (2 adult step-sons and twin teen daughters). Her hobbies include boating, swimming, camping, anything fashion/makeup/skin/interior design-related, and watching her girls' sporting and music events. Valerie loves WVU! Let's Go Mountaineers and K-State!
