Amit Kansal is a Fashion Industry Professional with 23 years of meticulous hands-on experience. Having realised his passion for creative arts early on, he steered his educational career and his conventional parents to let him complete a Diploma in Fashion Technology from JD Institute of Fashion Technology, Bangalore followed by a 3 year Bachelor's Diploma in Fashion from NIFT Kolkata in 1999 and a Masters degree in Fashion Technology from NIFT Delhi in 2016.
Coming from a typical middle income working class family, Amit always followed his idol, his father who imbibed in him that honesty, hard work and perseverance have no substitutes. Following his passion to be entrepreneur, Amit established his first independent project running a Hand Embroidery Production Unit while still in his Diploma years.
This 2 years experience along with his studies helped him to get his first job with the most sort after Buying Office in New Delhi called Triburg in 1999. Amit later went on to add full circle experience in the garment industry by working as Head of Design with Splash, Landmark, Dubai followed by Director of Product Development & Marketing with Alana Group, Bangladesh before taking the full entrepreneurial plunge in 2010 with InLeague ( India / Bangladesh / Spain) that continues to grow to date in multiple sectors owing to ethical practices and dedication.

Anam is instrumental in preparing & executing the due-diligence report for M&A, and also handles independent audit to many PSU's Banks and Multi-national companies.

With his expertise in the field of appraisal of businesses with virtual tools like risk and safety management, assisting clients in obtaining working capital, price negotiation, working capital assessment, consolidation of multi bank financing, project management and financial advice, affiliate marketing and certain other financial assistance essential to any organizations working, he has framed the vision and mission of the company.
Kavita Saxena has over 15 years of experience in the field of relationship development and credit assessment of long term and short term requirements of SMEs and Corporates. She manages the Indian operations by strategizing financial plans, directing the clientele towards short-term and long-term goals and facilitating the business in the country.
Her role involves execution of mandates involving the arrangement of working capital and loan facilities for SMEs in the India & UAE, coordinating with clients for collection of all relevant documents and information as well as assisting in the preparation of Teasers, Information Memorandum and all other necessary documents.

He has mitigated corporate banking client relationships as the CFO of the Indian collateral, with ease and has headed the retail banking market across various channels in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
Having pursued his MBA from the UK, he specialises in creating and implementing retail banking and product strategies for his clientele.
