I've been working in the restaurant business ever since I was a child. My dad used to bring me to work on the weekends and I really grew to love the industry. After a decade working in the financial services sector, I decided that I missed working in the restaurant and that's where I wanted to spend my career.
The restaurant industry is one of the hardest and most stressful business you can ever find. However, it's a challenge I gladly accept each and every day. Meeting new people, trying new recipes and learning to adapt to whatever new challenge presents itself. I love each and every moment of it!
Mary has been in the hospitality industry her whole life. She loves the constant ‘hustle' both in the kitchen and on the dining room floor. It's great to meet new and interesting people every day. It's very rare to find her without a smile!
Nothing is more important to her than her guests. Each person should be treated like family at That's Italian. "Great food deserves great service" is her motto and she loves to show it.
Throwing parties is something that Michela has always done very well! She loves helping people celebrate their special occasion and nothing is more important to her than making sure the guests are properly fed.
