Steve began assisting Vermillion area residents with plumbing and heating solutions in 1972 under the employ of JJ Kennedy Plumbing & Heating. The tough economic years beginning in 1979 saw Steve starting business on his own while the ongoing recession led to the demise of several local plumbing and heating companies. As a family Steve and Nancy confidently persevered by responding to all types of service situation requests, gaining community trust and reputation for good work. Down through the years and decades that followed there were expansions and contractions of business size, with many good employees contributing in helping our neighbors. We are now well seasoned with experience, knowledge and considerable capability in the plumbing, heating, air conditioning, boiler, radiant and hydronic heating fields. Our family name can be recognized immediately by observing the equipment, piping, ductwork, and the sort we have installed with craftsmanship for decades in the homes, businesses, and institutions in and around Vermillion. Even untrained eyes easily see the difference! "You sure do good work!" is the frequent expression we hear...... and that expression feels good to us! Our name is left behind when we pick up our tools to leave, and we have determination that you will have every reason to feel good too!
