Dasos Christou

Dasos is responsible for Abri's south east region of 13,500 homes, predominantly based around Windsor and Bracknell in Berkshire, following the successful merger or Abri with Silva homes in 2023. Richard is a chartered accountant and spent most of his career as a partner in a major regional firm of chartered accountants based in London and the Southeast until he left the City in 2012. His experience to date in the housing sector includes development of market sale and affordable homes, care and support, temporary accommodation, eldercare, general needs and wholly-owned council housing subsidiaries.

He has worked for a number of large companies covering areas including telecoms, software, financial services and container shipping. These included Santander, Accenture and Maersk. Tim joined the Group as CEO in February 2018 from London & Quadrant Housing Trust, where he was Group Director, Customer Services. Tim has also held senior customer service roles in the charity and telecoms sectors. Tim has identified four priority areas for The Barnet Group: People, Customers, Growth and Technology. In the short term, his focus will be on two areas: Organisational Development - getting the best for the Group's people and getting the best out of them; and Digitisation - in order to see big improvements in the customer service offer.
