Gareth Clements - COO

Gareth became Operations Director of Ardent Hire in November 2016. He built his career in the rental industry, initially with ForkRent for 9 years before its merger with One Call. Gareth started as a junior hire desk operator and has progressed through the business to his current position of Operations Director. Prior to Ardent and ForkRent, Gareth worked at RG Amies Plant Services for 5 years.

Greg Fitzgerald - Chairman

Greg joined Ardent in 2015 and is currently Chief Executive of Bovis Homes Group PLC, having joined in April 2017. Greg was Chief Executive of Galliford Try Plc from 2005 to 2015, having previously been Managing Director of its house building division from 2003. Greg was Executive Chairman of Galliford Try Plc during 2015 before becoming non-executive Chairman from January to November 2016. He was a non-executive Director of the National House Building Council from 2010 until July 2016.

Jeremy Fish - CEO

Jeremy joined Ardent in March 2017. Previously Jeremy was Managing Director of Nationwide Platforms, the UK's largest provider of powered access platforms and Europe's largest provider of working at heights training. Beforehand, Jeremy spent 9 years at Aggreko, the temporary power provider, where he was Managing Director of the Emerging Markets & Major Projects Division, overseeing businesses in South East Europe, Turkey, Russia and the CIS and the Middle East. At the beginning of his Aggreko career Jeremy was based in Houston, North America as a Vice President tasked with overseeing a profit improvement programme. Jeremy's earlier career was at Misys, the former FTSE100 software company and GEC, where he held several commercial and change management roles.

Julian O'Neill - CFO

Julian was appointed as CFO at Ardent Hire Solutions in April 2017, with responsibility for finance, planning and IT. Julian's key areas of focus are to work with the investors, board and senior management team to lead and support the growth of the business while managing the planning and governance aspects of a rapidly expanding organisation. Over the past twenty years, Julian has held finance roles at Cable and Wireless, General Motors, Siemens, Arcadia and TUI Travel, management consulting roles with PwC and general management positions with Pizza Hut and most recently Biogen, a waste to energy joint venture with Kier Group plc at which Julian was Chief Executive Officer until its sale to an infrastructure fund in April 2017. Julian is a qualified accountant, with an MBA from Warwick Business School

Leigh Webb - VP of Sales

Leigh was appointed as Sales Director of Ardent in June 2017. Prior to this, Leigh was Sales Director of Ainscough Crane Hire, a private equity owned business that is the largest lifting services provider in the UK. Here Leigh was instrumental in driving several revenue and margin improvement initiatives and building a high performing sales team. Leigh's previous experience includes Sales Director at Torrent Trackside, part of Vp Group and Regional Sales Manager at Finning, the world's largest Caterpillar dealer. Leigh has over 20 years' experience in both Sales and Operations across a variety of markets in both capital equipment and rental and has developed into a well-rounded business leader with experience of working in both PLC and Private Equity environments. Leigh is highly trained in Leadership in Management, Creating Client Value, Strategic Consultancy and CECOR Marketing.
