Andrew J. Micheletti - EVP

Andrew J. Micheletti joined Axos Bank in 2001. He served as the institution's CFO for two decades before transitioning to the role of EVP, Finance, in September 2021. Before joining the Bank, Andrew was Vice President of Finance for TeleSpectrum Worldwide Inc., an international provider of outsourced telephone and Internet services to large companies in a variety of businesses, including financial services, wireless telephone service, government, and Internet-related services. In July 1999, TeleSpectrum acquired International Data Response Corporation (IDRC), where Andrew held the position of Vice President and Corporate Controller after joining IDRC in 1997. From 1990 to 1997, he was Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Linsco/Private Ledger Corp (LPL Financial Services), a $300 million independent contractor securities broker dealer with offices throughout the United States. Prior to joining LPL Financial Services, Andrew was Vice President, Controller and Vice President, Financial Reporting for Imperial Savings Association, a publicly traded $10 billion savings and loan. Starting as an internal auditor in 1985, Andrew was promoted to various positions within the bank's finance organization and became Controller in 1990. He also held several positions with Deloitte & Touche LLP as an auditor from 1980 to 1985. Andrew is licensed as a CPA (inactive) in California and has held various NASD securities licenses. He holds a B.S. from San Diego State University.

Brian Swanson

Brian Swanson is Executive Vice President and Head of Consumer Bank for Axos Bank. He is responsible for all of the bank's consumer facing businesses, including Mortgage, Auto, Consumer Unsecured, Warehouse Lending, Small Business Lending, Capital Markets as well as Consumer and Business Banking. Prior to joining Axos Bank in 2010, Brian was a Vice President at Bank of America in their Home Loans Division. Brian has over 15 years of Lending and Banking experience as well as a CMB Designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association. Brian holds a BS in Management of Information Systems at San Diego State University and an MBA in Operations Management from California State University East Bay.

Candace L. Thiele - EVP

Candace L. Thiele is Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer for Axos Bank. In this role, her responsibilities include overseeing Human Resources and the Office of the CEO to drive enterprise strategy and initiatives that improve effectiveness and efficiency across the organization. In collaboration with business leaders, she focuses on operational competencies to drive value to employees, customers, and investors. Prior to joining Axos Bank, Candace was a Senior Vice President and Sales Performance Manager of Global Commercial Banking at Bank of America, where she was responsible for overseeing the sales performance of the teams delivering integrated banking solutions to companies in the western states and Canada. Candace has spent more than 20 years in the banking industry with distinction in a variety of roles and departments including marketing, operations, commercial banking, and merchant services. She is a faculty member and instructor at the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington where she graduated with honors in 2015. Candace also earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California. She has served on the non-profit board of the Youth and Family Services of the YMCA, and is active in teaching financial literacy to youth and supporting the military in the San Diego community.

David Park

David Park is the Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking and Treasury Management, responsible for strategic development, client acquisition and retention of Specialty Deposit verticals, C&I client verticals and Treasury Management services for Axos Bank. Prior to joining Axos Bank, Mr. Park was Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Banking at Banc of California. There he was responsible for the development and operations of C&I business verticals, treasury management sales, leveraged lending, ABL and SBA lending. Mr. Park held various roles during his 10 years at City National Bank, including Senior Vice President and Head of Business Banking and SBA Lending. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California, B.S. in Economics from UC Irvine and a Graduate Certificate from Pacific Coast Banking School, where he instructs a Leadership course.

Derrick K. Walsh - CFO, EVP

Derrick K. Walsh joined Axos in 2013 and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in September 2021. He previously served in variety of accounting and finance positions at Axos, most recently as Chief Accounting Officer. Before joining Axos, Derrick led the SEC & Regulatory Reporting department at LPL Financial ("LPL"), where he gained his Series 7, 27 and 66 licenses and was responsible for SEC and regulatory reporting as well as various aspects of management reporting and investor relations. Prior to his time at LPL, Derrick was a manager in public accounting, auditing publicly traded organizations and financial institutions. Derrick has served on a variety of non-profit boards. He is deeply committed to the work of Alzheimer's San Diego, having been named Board Chair in 2020 and served on its finance committee for a number of years. Derrick is a licensed CPA in the state of California and has an active Series 27 license. He graduated as a double major in accounting and business administration with a concentration in finance from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond.

Eshel Bar-Adon is Executive Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Chief Legal Officer of Axos. After graduating from law school in 1980, Eshel served as law clerk to the Hon. E.R. Cox, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Alabama. Between 1981 and 1998, Eshel practiced law in Washington, DC, and was a partner in the national law firm of Sullivan & Worcester. While in private practice, he specialized in representing commercial real estate developers and banks in real estate finance transactions. He also served as outside counsel to companies in a variety of industries, including government contractors, technology companies, and financial services companies. In 1998, Eshel left the private practice of law and joined Stone Street Capital, Inc., the specialty finance firm credited with creating the business of purchasing and securitizing lottery prize and structured settlement annuity payments. While at Stone Street, he served as Senior Vice President for Transactional Affairs and Corporate Counsel, and was a member of the company's Executive Committee. After leaving Stone Street in 2006 and prior to joining Axos Bank, Eshel was named Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Seneca One Finance, Inc., another leading specialty finance firm. During his tenure, he served as Acting President and was a member of the company's Executive Committee. Eshel received the San Diego Business Journal's 2013 General Counsel Award, and The Daily Transcript's 2014 "Power of Attorneys" Award. He was also profiled by the Los Angeles Daily Journal in a 2016 article titled "Business Builder".

Thomas Constantine - EVP

Thomas Constantine joined Axos Bank in August 2010 as Chief Credit Officer. Previously he was a senior examiner with the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), serving his second stint with the agency. Thomas first joined the OTS in 1989, during the Savings and Loan crisis. He has more than 31 years of experience in the banking and financial services industries. Prior to his return to the OTS in 2003, Thomas worked as a commercial real estate loan officer for George Elkins Mortgage Banking Company and as an executive officer at First Bank of Beverly Hills, where he assumed positions of increasing responsibility, including Portfolio Manager, Chief Lending Officer, and finally Chief Credit Officer. Thomas' initial exposure to consumer finance began at Whirlpool Acceptance Corporation in 1987. Thomas received his B.A.in Business Economics, with an accounting emphasis, from the University of California at Santa Barbara, where he was named a Collegiate All-American in rugby. After graduation, Thomas played rugby for Belmont Shore, RFC, representing the region and country in international competition. He led women's rugby programs as head coach at the Universities of California at San Diego and Santa Barbara prior to joining the Bank. He resides with his wife and three children in Poway, California, where he prepares the local rugby youth for competition and is the head coach at Poway High School. Thomas and his family all study Hanshi Tadashi Yamashita's advanced systems of Shorin-Ryu, Suikendo, and Kubudo weaponry at Revolution Ryu, under Sensei Jacquie Dunevant and Sensei Jon Haar. In addition, Thomas is a member of California Kombat, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu team led by Sensei Francisco Neto of Salvador, Bahia (Brazil).
