Welcome to Cal Coast Homes, Inc., a premier real estate investing company located in San Diego, California. We specialize in providing solutions for distressed homeowners and in locating investment properties for rehab and sale at significantly discounted prices. As long-time San Diegans, we have vested interest in making and keeping San Diego "America's Finest City" and aim to do that one home at a time. Our proprietary marketing systems have enabled us to locate discounted and/or distressed properties that have wonderful bones, but may need a little (or a lot!) of TLC.
