Managing Director Andy Power holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering as well as Diplomas and Higher Diplomas in areas of Finance, Management, and Statistics.
He managed a number of US multi-national companies in Ireland for more than 20 years, in areas involving complex manufacturing management, product development, high-level business planning, and long-term strategic planning.
CE Marking and CE Compliance was always key to the operational success of the multi-nationals he managed and so he has vast experience in dealing with CE requirements and how they apply to North American firms.
Andrew has extensive working knowledge of the Machinery Directives and the application of European Safety related standards. He has extensive knowledge of Risk Assessment and Safety of Equipment. He holds Batchelor's Degrees in both Architectural Technology and Quality Systems and a Masters Degree in Engineering.
As Compliance Engineer with ARC Management Systems, Andrew has guided several companies through the process of CE Marking for construction products. He is centrally involved at all stages, from initial planning through to development of manuals, audit inspection and issuing of the CE Declaration of Conformity.
Andrew is also a qualified trainer with vast experience in delivering training on several international standards.

Eoin is our Compliance Engineer with responsibility for Systems & Safety.
He has almost 15 years of experience as an Environmental Health & Safety Systems Manager with firms bridging the spectrum from construction to food production. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and other qualifications in Business Management, Quality Assurance, and Safety, Health & Welfare at Work.
Eoin is fully experienced in dealing with firms both large and small and will bring all his experience and expertise to your efforts to achieve CE Marking and compliance.

Keith is our Business Development Manager and he has twenty years of experience as a QEHS (Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety) Systems Manager.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Quality Assurance and several further qualifications in International Standards, Six Sigma Lean Engineering, and CE Directives. He is an industry expert, and a regular speaker at conferences on European Standards and ISO Standards.
Keith has been involved in the CE Marking process for dozens of companies in his current role. He is also a qualified trainer, and has vast experience in delivering training on European Directives and Standards, OHSAS and ISO Standards, problem-solving methods, and auditing.

Our Compliance Engineer with responsibility for Machinery & Electrics is Mark Pepper.
Mark has full knowledge of the machinery and electrical sector, having begun his career as an electrical contractor before returning to college to study for a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Since graduation, he has worked on projects throughout Europe. He is centrally involved in the production of CE Technical Files and User & Service Manuals to allow all machines and products access to the European workplace and market.
Our Technical Manager Seamus has more than twenty years of experience at senior management levels for industry operating in Europe and also in developing overseas markets such as China, Indonesia, and Mauritius.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Management Practice, and is also a qualified fitter.
Seamus has led the implementation of International Standards systems across dozens of companies in his current role. He will use the same expertise in implementing whatever system changes may be necessary to ensure your machine or product is CE compliant.
Seamus is also a qualified trainer, who specializes in delivering training on International Standards, problem-solving methods, and lean business systems.
