Caleb Norman

Caleb is a Colquitt County native who graduated from Colquitt County High School in the class of 2010. He received his prerequisites for pharmacy school from Georgia Southern University, ABAC, and the University of Georgia. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree as well as his MBA from South University in Savannah Georgia in 2016. His interest for pharmacy began after working one summer at our hospital location. Caleb likes to spend his free time traveling to new places with his wife, Cory, and is also an avid hunter and fisherman. He has been with Convenient Care since 2017 and looks forward to continue helping our community receive the best service and healthcare possible.

Daven Patel

Daven is originally from Atlanta Georgia, where he graduated from Strong Rock Christian Academy. Daven's passion for the medical field developed throughout his high school career, where he volunteered with his own independent pharmacy and local hospital. Daven later graduated from Mercer University, where he received both his Bachelor's in Science, and Doctorate in Pharmacy. While in pharmacy school, he graduated in the top-ten percentile, and was a member of the National Community Pharmacist Association, Georgia Pharmacy Association, and Phi Delta Chi. Daven recently married Colquitt County native, Maggie (Holman) Patel. He is a member of Trinity Baptist Church, and enjoys being active in the community. He is dedicated to helping those around him in their journey to better health, through physical, emotional, and pharmaceutical practices. Daven is thrilled to be a part of the Convenient Care team, and looks forward to serving the community of Moultrie.

Greg Yarbrough

Greg Yarbrough has deep roots in Colquitt County. He lives in the Funston community where he resides on part of the family farm that has been in the family for over 100 years. He graduated from Colquitt County High in 1985. He was a University of Georgia Honors Program student and graduated from the College of Pharmacy in 1992. A member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity and Kappa Psi pharmacy fraternity during his tenure in Athens. Greg began his pharmacy career working for his father Clyde Yarbrough as a delivery boy and clerk at the age of 14. He worked with Rite Aid pharmacy in Savannah after graduating pharmacy school. When the opportunity to return to Southwest Georgia presented itself, Greg moved to Thomasville and eventually back to Moultrie. Greg is a certified Asthma counselor and is dedicated to the highest levels of patient care. Cost effective care that can improve patients lives is what he strives for in both the personal care and overall philosophy of Convenient Care Pharmacies and Clinic.

Jack Adams

Jack was born and raised in Colquitt County and graduated from Colquitt County High in 1991. He received his BS Pharmacy Degree from the University of Georgia in 1996 and earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 1998. Jack has been working with Convenient Care Pharmacy for over two years and is now the Director of Pharmacy at our inpatient hospital location and as the Pharmacy Manager at our long term care pharmacy operation.

Jennifer Mercer

Originally from Toombs County, Jennifer is a graduate of Robert Toombs Christian Academy, class of 1997. While in highschool she worked part time at a local community pharmacy which gave her the inspiration to pursue a career in pharmacy. She attended Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Ga where she completed her prerequisites for pharmacy school. Jennifer graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mercer University in 2003 with a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree. While in pharmacy school, Jennifer was a member of the Rho Chi honor society, Christian Pharmacy Fellowship, Kappa Epsilon professional fraternity, and the Academy of Student Pharmacist. She started her career with Convenient Care Pharmacy in 2003 after moving to Moultrie. Jenn Jennifer is married to a Colquitt County native Jamie Mercer and they have three beautiful children. Jennifer is commited to patient care and has been instrumental in helping elderly patients retain their independence both in and out of the assisted living setting.
