Dr. Douglas Mamvura - Chairman

Dr Doug Mamvura, is one of the most sort after marketing and turnaround strategist whose marketing career was birthed at Coca-Cola Central Africa. He is an inspired leader and mentor with an immense ability to build enthusiasm and passion around the object of business strategy and marketing. Affectionately known as a Marketing guru in Zimbabwe, Doug is a Marketing zealot whose reputation in business strategy, brand building and visionary leadership is impeccable. In 2011 he was honoured by the Marketers Association of Zimbabwe (MAZ) as the MAZ Outstanding Marketing Personality of the Year. He has received World Client of the Year award from Success Motivation Institute (SMI) based in Waco, Texas, USA among other numerous local and international awards.

Mrs Tendayi B. Mamvura

Mrs Tendayi B. Mamvura is a qualified Psychologist who trained both in United Kingdom and Zimbabwe. Mrs Mamvura is a highly respected Entrepreneur, who is very focused and results oriented. She has managed to set up some very successful businesses in Zimbabwe. She has been involved in the setting up of a number of community based income generating projects. Notably she is also a founding member of the Zimbabwe Professional Women in Business (Proweb) which has a very strong working relationship with BWASA. She has vast experience in the distributorship of various products from both South Africa, Asia, the UK and the USA. She set up Images, Veneka and Eden businesses from the grassroots to build them up into strong business entities . The quality of her products earned her a television program for three years with the local television station which was entitled "My Home", where she used to showcase her products and give advice on how to create a great home environment. The two businesses managed to create a reputation for high quality products whose main clients were top corporate organizations and high profile clients in Zimbabwe. Mrs. Mamvura is a highly respected business leader and she also has a men's clothing company called Caballero whose clientele are discerning men who are very conscious about the need to build strong personal brands. She has also run a restaurant and gymnasium along her path towards entrepreneurship. She sits on various boards and is also a Treasurer of one of the most successful ISLA Association Club in Zimbabwe.

Prof. Ernst Neuland

Prof. Ernst Neuland is a Professor in the area of Strategy, Governance and Marketing. He has held senior positions in the business management departments of UNISA and the University of Pretoria. He has extensive experience in the private and academic sectors, including being visiting Professor in the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia in Athens, United States, where he lectured in Finance and Strategy.

Prof. Peet Venter

Peet Venter is currently a Professor of Strategy at the Graduate School of Business Leadership (SBL) at the University of South Africa (Unisa). Peet started his career with Telkom SA in 1989 as a Senior Marketing Officer. He joined Unisa full time as a Senior Lecturer in 1992, where he remained until September 1994, when he joined Telkom as Manager: Marketing Information Systems. During his tenure at Telkom, Prof Venter progressed to the position of Senior Manager: Competitive Intelligence. In 2001, he joined the Graduate School of Business Leadership (SBL) of the University of South Africa as Associate Professor of Strategy and Marketing, progressing to Professor of Marketing in 2008. In July 2009 he was appointed as Professor of Strategy at the Department of Business Management at Unisa. In 1985 he obtained the degree Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Pretoria, followed by a Bachelor of Commerce Honours (Marketing Management) in 1986, and completed the Masters of Business Administration part-time at the University of Pretoria in 1993. In 2000, he completed his Doctor of Commerce (Business Management) with the title "Developing a Marketing Information Systems Model for South African Service Organisations". During 2008 and 2010, Peet was a Visiting Research Fellow and International Fellow at the Open University Business School in the UK. His academic interests include strategic marketing, strategic management, e-learning in business studies, and the support from competitive and marketing intelligence systems for strategic and marketing decision-making. He has published several journal articles, conference papers and research reports. He is the co-editor and co-author of Strategic Management: winning in the Southern African workplace
