Alwin is a Dutch logistics professional who has worked in the logistics industry in over 10 African countries the past two decades. After finishing his engineer degree in Holland, Alwin subsequently graduated in Technical Business Management specialising in Logistics. Post education, Alwin embarked on a career in Logistics in Africa.
Since 2000, Alwin has worked in Africa, providing freight logistics solutions through roles with Natco (Angola) as Managing Director, Kuehne + Nagel (Angola) as National Sales Manager and DHL (West Africa) as Regional Sales Manager.
Alwin specialises in project type shipments where he has successfully concluded a variety of more complex freight movements.
Alwin co-founded the FAMS Group in 2015 and is a Director in all FAMS Group companies.

Daniel joined the freight forwarding industry in January 1986. Over the past 34 years he has acquired experience both in Sales and Operations with Union Transport, Uti, DSV Air & Sea and FAMS Zimbabwe. During this period, he held several managerial positions, Imports Manager, Ocean Imports Manager, Business Development Manager and currently Sales Manager.
He holds a Diploma in Customs Procedures and Legislation (Shipping and Forwarding Association of Zimbabwe). He also received extensive in-house sales training through a program called ``Old Lions`` under UTi Global.

Nathalie has been in the Freight Forwarding industry since 1995.
She joined UTI in 2003 and has remained through the various ownership changes to head the operational team of FAMS Mauritius today.
Progressing through the ranks, Nathalie has acquired extensive operational expertise and a broad knowledge across the air and ocean transportation modes, both for imports and exports. As the FAMS Operations Supervisor and leading a team of shipment controllers, Nathalie is focused on delivering "best in class" service to the FAMS client base.

Patrick has held positions in the Courier, Freight Forwarding & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Shipping industries, over the past 23 years.

Peter has over 20 years of professional experience with global entities in the Supply Chain Management sector, with a strong bias towards the finance activity.
He was the Zimbabwe Managing Director of UTi Worldwide and retained the same role post the acquisition of UTi Group by DSV. Peter joined FAMS Zimbabwe as Country Manager in January 2020.
In the leadership role for the FAMS entities in Zimbabwe, Peter has a critical mission to deliver the Group strategy in a volatile economic environment. Within this environment, his expertise to deliver quality customer service has resulted in long term agreements with major customers, retention of key staff and a strong operational reputation.
Peter holds an MBA and is a full member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries
Silvia is a founding shareholder in the FAMS Group and based in Angola.
Silvia has dual Angolan and Portuguese nationality and studied in both countries. She qualified with a degree in Journalism and is fluent in three languages (Portuguese, English and French). Silvia worked for five years as a journalist before working in the Oil & Gas industry supporting the General Manager of Angola City Services (an American oil company subsequently acquired by Occidental). After three years, Silvia moved across to Hull Blyth (Angola), part of the Ocean Group (subsequently acquired by DHL) moving through various ships agency and freight forwarding roles over 15 years. Silvia joined the FAMS Group to lead the FAMS Group Admin, HR and HSE functions.

Stephen held Africa regional management positions leading country clusters for global freight industry groups over the 15-year period to 2015, when he co-founded the FAMS Group.

Over 25 years of professional experience in Southern Africa, the US and Europe. Steve has been Regional Director for Africa for Exel Ltd (later DHL). He also has held global leadership roles in supply chain management and logistics as a global business development head for DHL Industrial Projects in the energy logistics (based in Houston, USA).
From 2010 to 2020 Steve was Global President of DP DHL's Energy Sector, responsible for the establishment and development of DHL's Energy logistics sector across all DHL divisions.
