Alan began his career in 2008 as a geologist for Wagner & Brown where he developed prospects and oversaw drilling, primarily in the Midland Basin. When Wagner & Brown began closing in 2013, he joined BC Operating. During his time with BC Operating, Alan has been the lead geologist for Foundation Minerals, and has worked various operated and non-operated projects in the Permian Basin. He currently performs geologic reviews for all incoming mineral and non-op opportunities across multiple basins and plays. Alan obtained his B.S. in Geology from the State University of New York at Fredonia and his M.S. in Geosciences from Western Michigan University. He is a member of the AAPG, PBS-SEPM, SIPES and WTGS. Outside of business, Alan currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Midland Energy Library, and as a volunteer leader at Seek First, an after-school children's Bible study.

Brandon leads BC's technical and operational efforts. Since joining BC (Crown III) in 2005, he has been integral in the formation, deployment and exits of numerous oil and gas ventures. Before joining BC, Brandon began his career as an engineer for Merit Energy Company in Dallas. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and has a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Brandon is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas and a member of Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Brian serves as Head of Land and leads all aspects of land, leasing, negotiations, transaction due diligence and strategy generation. Prior to joining BC in 2008, Brian began his career working for Smith International selling drilling equipment and then became a landman for Chalfant Properties Inc. Brian graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Brian is a registered professional landman with AAPL, and member of PBLA, NMLA and NARO.

Cody began his career in 2012 as a reservoir engineer for EOG Resources. He worked on Permian completion and spacing optimization in Texas and New Mexico until 2014 when he began working for Concho Resources on their Southern Delaware Basin asset. Alongside the land team, he helped deploy the majority of the company's 2014-15 land budget while also optimizing the spacing, completions, and economics of a six-rig drilling program. Mr. Statton finished his time at Concho in the planning group where he projected corporate volumes and provided support to the investor relations and finance teams. In 2016, he moved to BC Operating in the position of Reservoir Manager. Acting as the sole evaluations engineer, he has evaluated several billion dollars of deals including operated, non-operated, mineral, and wind spanning across the Permian Basin, Haynesville, Marcellus and Barnett. He has been responsible for year-end reserve reports for various operated and mineral entities and assisted marketing efforts in the successful sales of BC to Marathon in 2017 and Foundation Minerals to Sitio Royalties in 2021. Mr. Statton graduated from Texas A&M with Bachelor and Master's degrees in Petroleum Engineering.

Cooper is Vice President of Finance at BC Operating and joined in April of 2023. Prior to BC Operating, Cooper served as Finance Manager at Civitas Resources where he focused on M&A transactions, corporate finance strategies, and financial planning & analysis. Prior to Civitas, Cooper was an Energy Investment Banking Associate with the Jefferies firm, focusing on financing and M&A transactions in the energy industry. Cooper earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Indiana University.

Kevin joined BC Operating in January of 2023. Previously, he served as Vice President of Business Development for ExL Petroleum where he led A&D efforts across the Permian Basin. Prior to joining ExL in 2014, Kevin worked for Occidental Petroleum in the business development group helping to source and close transactions. Kevin began his career as a Landman for Petro-Hunt and worked as a Landman for Mewbourne Oil Company prior to joining Occidental. Kevin holds a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing from Texas Christian University.

Noble serves as Partner & Chief Financial Officer, leading BC's finance, acquisitions & divestitures, and strategy efforts. Noble joined BC in 2015 as VP of Finance. Prior to joining BC in 2015, Noble worked at Legacy Reserves LP, a publicly-traded upstream MLP, as the Finance Manager. Noble graduated from Texas Christian University, where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management.

Phil began his career in 2004 working in outside mortgage sales. In 2007 he changed industries to work as a Landman in the Barnett Shale. In 2008, Phil moved to Midland, Texas to work as a field landman and then for Apache and RSP Permian as Land Manager. At RSP he managed the land team which oversaw approximately 100,000 acres of leasehold and six horizontal drilling rigs. In 2018, he joined BC Operating as Land Manager, and worked on Foundation Minerals, Crown Oil Partners VI, and Crump Energy Partners III. Phil attended Texas Tech University and graduated with a degree in Finance in 2004. Phil is a member of the PBLA and AAPL.

Rachel has served as Controller since January 2017. Prior to joining the company, Mrs. Schmid held various positions in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and the tax practice of Johnson Miller & Co PC. Mrs. Schmid obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Science in Accounting from Texas Tech University. Mrs. Schmid is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas and is a member of the AICPA.

Will leads BC's business development, strategy and execution efforts. Will joined BC (Crump I) in 2008 and has been involved in the formation and execution of the oil and gas ventures since joining the company. Prior to BC, Will served as an engineer on a HPE rotation program at Northrop Grumman and then joined Casmar Capital as a Partner. Will graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Will currently serves as a board member of Camino Real Foods and of The Steamboat Mountain School in Colorado.
