Albert A. Notini - Managing Director

Albert Notini, Managing Director, joined New Mountain in 2007 and became a full time employee in 2011. From 2007 to 2011, Mr. Notini was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of New Mountain portfolio company Apptis, a provider of communications and information technology services to the U.S. Department of Defense and other federal agencies. Under his leadership, Apptis increased its revenue to over $1 billion and established a leadership position in cyber security and cloud computing before being purchased by a strategic buyer. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Notini was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Sonus Networks, Inc. (NASD: SONS), the leading provider of IP-voice infrastructure equipment to telecommunication companies. Under his leadership, Sonus expanded globally, diversified its product lines and created over $1 billion in market value. Prior to joining Sonus, Mr. Notini was the Chief Financial Officer of Manufacturers' Services Ltd. ("MSL") from 2000 to 2004, a NYSE-listed electronics manufacturing services and supply chain company. At MSL Mr. Notini led the financial and operational turnaround that resulted in a successful exit merger with a global strategic buyer. Mr. Notini began his career in 1984 at the law firm Hale and Dorr, LLP (now WilmerHale, LLP) where he was elected a Senior Partner, focusing on financing, business transformation and mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Notini served as Law Clerk to the Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court after receiving his J.D. from Boston College Law School where he served as Editor in Chief of the Law Review. He received his A.B. from Boston College, summa cum laude, and earned a master's degree from Boston University. He has served on numerous boards and is currently a director of Western Dental, CIOX Health, Alteon Health, Signify Health and MAG Aerospace.

Amy Wilson

Amy combines 30+ years of operations and sales leadership with exceptional business acumen to deliver profitable growth for firms operating in the national security sector. Prior to joining MAG, Amy led strategic growth activities for both small and large businesses, including growth strategy development for Jacobs Engineering's mission IT and cyber solutions portfolio. She leads corporate-wide initiatives to enhance full life-cycle business development (BD), capture and proposal development capabilities, collaborating with business leaders to apply best practices, mentor emerging BD talent, and strategically assess and align pipelines to meet growth objectives. Amy holds a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems from Delta State University and is PMP and ITIL certified.

Bharat Parikh

Prior to his current position, Bharat Parikh was President of the AASKI Engineering & Technology Business Unit of MAG Aerospace, located in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. Bharat is a technical and management professional with over 25 years of experience in the communications and networking industry with a strong emphasis on Acquisition Management and Engineering. He is highly proficient on the DoD 5000 acquisition regulation and processes. He was an Army Civilian in PEO EIS, PM DCATS for 9 years from 1989-1998, and was involved in advanced IP networking technology in commercial industry from 1998-2002. Bharat was a US representative to NATO for 6 years in an Ad-Hoc Experts Group for satellite communications waveforms. Bharat was the CEO of AASKI Technology prior to the acquisition by MAG in 2020. AASKI Technology delivered professional services for planning, designing, implementing, securing, and managing highly complex, mission-critical networks and systems. delivers complete lifecycle communications, infrastructure and support for the world's most demanding clients - from the U.S. Department of Defense to leading communication service providers and contractors, equipment manufacturers, financial services firms, and pharmaceutical companies. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and a M.S. in EE from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

General (Ret.) Charles R. Holland

General (Ret.) Holland was born in West Virginia. He entered the U.S. Air Force Academy and graduated in 1968 with a BS in Aeronautical Engineering. He received Masters Degrees in Business Management from Troy State University in 1976 and in Astronautical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology in 1978. He completed several professional military education schools to include the Industrial College of the Armed Forces in 1986. In addition, he completed the Program for Senior Officials in National Security in 1990 and the National and International Security Management Program in 1998, both at Harvard University. During that assignment he was responsible for all special operations forces of the Army, Navy and Air Force, both active duty and reserve. Prior to the culmination of his active duty military career, he commanded a squadron in the Philippines, two Air Force Wings, served as Deputy Commanding General of the Joint Special Operations Command, and was Commander of the Special Operations Command, Pacific. Prior to commanding USSOCOM, he commanded the Air Force Special Operations Command and was the Vice Commander of U.S. Air Forces in Europe. He was a Command Pilot with over 5000 flying hours which included over 100 combat missions in multiple C-130 and SOF aircraft to include a combat tour in the AC-130 Gunship at Ubon RTAFB, Thailand during the war in Southeast Asia. Upon retirement, he now serves as a Director or Advisor on multiple corporate boards and acts as an independent consultant for several companies to include the USAF and the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL). For the past fourteen years, he has provided executive level counsel for Air Force wargame design in a joint, combined, interagency and multi-level security construct while over the last seven years serving as a Strategic Advisor for LLNL. Beyond these duties, he is a volunteer Director Emeritus on the Special Operations Warrior Foundation Board which provides college educations to the children of fallen special operations personnel and if severely wounded, the foundation ensures that loved ones have immediate funds available to travel to be bedside when they are needed most.

Joe Fluet - Chairman

As CEO and founder of MAG Aerospace (MAG), Mr. Fluet provides corporate leadership and strategic vision for MAG, the industry's most comprehensive "tip to tail" services provider for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), able to support federal, international, and commercial customers worldwide with ISR training, operations, and sustainment support. MAG, headquartered in Fairfax, Va., is a privately held, private equity backed company. Mr. Fluet has founded and led multiple highly successful companies, in a wide variety of industries. He sits on numerous corporate and non-profit boards and committees. Earlier in his career, he served as Washington, D.C. Attorney specializing in government contracts and international law. Prior to that he served as a judicial law clerk to the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Fluet has also had a distinguished career in the military and national security. His career includes service in both active and reserve forces, spanning 20 years in a variety of aviation units. A veteran of conflicts in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other overseas locations, he is an experienced combat commander with expertise in security, combat aviation, special operations, and counter-narcotics. John Spadafore

John brings decades of experience in management and growth of Army and Navy C5ISR solutions and services programs. Prior to joining MAG, John was Division Manager/SVP of CACI's Army and Navy Engineering Services business unit, where he had leadership responsibility of operations, strategy, financial performance, and growth of a portfolio of programs that included Army RSTA and NAVSEA weapon systems integration, engineering, logistics, C5ISR systems training, and CONUS and OCONUS field support. John holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a M.S. in Engineering Management from George Washington University. John will apply his experience and expertise in DOD C5ISR mission and contracting to support MAG's strategic objectives in its core markets.

Joseph Reale - CEO

Joseph Reale is the Chief Executive Officer at MAG Aerospace. Previously, Mr. Reale served as president of Camber Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huntington Ingalls Industries. Joseph joined Camber in 2012 and also performed as Senior Vice President, bringing more than 25 years of government services experience focused on new business growth, execution, and strategy. Prior to his time with Camber, Joseph was vice president for the Defense Solutions Group at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). He has a broad range of experience and capability covering operations, strategy, M&A integration, and change management. Before working in the defense services market, Reale was a small business entrepreneur, starting several successful businesses including a retail clothing chain. Lorna DeRosa - Chief Legal Officer

Ms. DeRosa joined MAG in October 2017 as Senior Counsel. In her most recent role as Vice President & Senior Counsel, she served as the legal lead for contracts, employee relations, litigation, and insurance while also continuing to lead the contracts and procurement organizations for MAG. As MAG's General Counsel, Lorna will be responsible for supporting MAG on all legal, compliance, governance, M&A, and employee-related matters. She will oversee the legal team with Anthony Fadel (promoted to VP & Senior Counsel) and Daniel Enos (Legal Counsel) providing strategic direction on all legal and related business matters, continue to oversee the contracts and procurement organizations, and serve on MAG's Diversity and Inclusion Council. Ms. DeRosa began her career at BAE Systems where she worked for several years with a heavy focus on government and commercial contracts. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business and Economics from Clark University, Master of Business Administration degree from Clark University, and law degree from American University Washington College of Law. Lorna is a member of the Virginia and Massachusetts bar and is currently a fellow in the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) National Capital Region (NCR) Leadership Academy.

Major General (Ret.) Tim Crosby

MG(R) Tim Crosby retired after an almost 35-year career culminating in his last assignment as the Program Executive Officer for Aviation. He entered the Army as a Field Artillery Officer after graduating from The Citadel in 1979 and was assigned to the 24th Infantry Division serving as Fire Support Team Chief, Battalion Fire Direction Officer, Special Weapons Officer, and Battery Executive Officer. Following this assignment, MG(R) Crosby entered flight school at Fort Rucker, AL where he was awarded his aviator wings in May of 1982. Upon completion of flight school, MG(R) Crosby attended the CH-47 Transition and was assigned to the 205th Aviation Company in Mainz Finthen, West Germany where he served in successive positions as Flight Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, and Operations Officer. MG(R) Crosby then returned to Fort Rucker to attend the Aviation Officer Advanced Course, was awarded a Research and Development Functional Area, and was assigned to the U.S. Army Aviation Development Test Activity in January of 1986 conducting developmental flight testing on CH-47, UH-60, and fixed-wing aircraft. In February of 1990, MG(R) Crosby returned to Europe to command the VIIth Corps CH-47 unit and deployed his unit to Southwest Asia to participate in Operations Desert Shield and Storm. He commanded the unit for just under two years followed by an assignment as a battalion executive officer. Following Staff College, MG(R) Crosby was assigned to PMO Comanche in 1993, where he held the positions of Logistics Management Officer, Assistant Program Manager (APM) for Training and Simulation, APM for MANPRINT, and APM for Test and Evaluation. MG(R) Crosby left Comanche in June of 1996 to serve as a Weapons System Program Evaluator in the J8 Directorate of the Office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. After a two-year tom on the Joint Staff, he was assigned to serve as the first Product Manager for the Improved Cargo Helicopter Program, now known as the CH-47F. MG(R) Crosby attended the Air War College at Maxwell Air Force Base and earned a Master's Degree in International and Strategic Studies. While at War College, he was selected for promotion to Colonel and was selected to be the Project Manager for the Army's Cargo Helicopter Program.

Matt Bartlett - President

Matt Bartlett serves as the President of MAG. Prior to MAG, Mr. Bartlett held management positions with Northrop Grumman managing specialty aviation programs in the Middle East and Southwest Asia. With MAG, he has previously served as a subject matter expert for the US Government responsible for assisting in the deployment of Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities worldwide. Mr. Bartlett previously served as the MAG Chief Growth Officer, where he led a global growth team that included global sales, M&A transactions, and the enterprise growth operations. Mr. Bartlett served in the US Army as an Infantry officer with several overseas assignments to the Middle East and other overseas locations. Additionally, he served as an Instructor at the U.S. Army Ranger School and earned the Jumpmaster, Airborne, Combat Infantryman, Expert Infantryman, Ranger, Pathfinder, and Air Assault badges. Mr. Bartlett is a graduate of The Citadel, holds a PMP certification, and is Shipley trained.

Melissa Logsdon - CHRO

Nicholas Veasey - CFO

Nicholas Veasey is the Chief Financial Officer at MAG. Previously Mr. Veasey served as Booz Allen Hamilton's Vice President of Investor Relations. During his time with Booz Allen, he was responsible for developing the firm's capital allocation strategy, executing M&A and Mr. Veasey also played a lead role in Booz Allen's inaugural high-yield bond issuance in 2017. Prior to Booz Allen, Mr. Veasey worked for Deutsche Bank in the Industrials sector, focusing on debt, equity, and M&A transactions for large, corporate clients. Earlier in his career, he served as a Marine Reconnaissance Platoon Commander with multiple deployments to the Middle East and other overseas locations.

Phil Nolan has been a Venture Partner at Blue Delta Capital Partners since 2017, having started with the firm as a member of the Advisory Board in 2011. Prior to Stanley, Mr. Nolan served on active duty as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy's Nuclear Power Program. Phil retired as a Captain in the U.S. Navy Reserve after 24 years of service. Mr. Nolan currently serves as a corporate director for Perspecta, Inc (NYSE: PRSP), Salient CRGT, Metis Solutions, LLC, and The Tauri Group and as an outside director on the Special Security Agreement (SSA) Board for Capgemini Government Solutions. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Camber Corporation, NCI, Inc (NASDAQ: NCIT), as an advisory board member for Pragmatics, Inc. and as an outside director on the SSA Board for Stratos Government Solutions, Inc, a subsidiary of Inmarsat. Phil is a member of the INOVA Health Care Services Board of Trustees, Chairman of the INOVA Fair Oaks Hospital Quality Board, and a past member of the George Washington University's National Law Center Board of Trustees. Rina Parikh

Prior to her current position, Mrs. Parikh served as the President of AASKI Technology, founding the company in 1997. She began her career as a support contractor to the Army until she joined in 1988 as an Army Civilian where she worked until 1997. She was involved in advanced technology demonstrations for digitization of the battlefield in support of Task Force XXI. She provided numerous high level presentations and demonstrations to senior Army officers at Ft. Gordon and at Ft. Hood. More recently, she has been involved in the initiation of the Synchronized Pre-Deployment Operations Tracker (SPOT) program, which is now a DoD standard for tracking personnel deployed OCONUS. She has performed as the Phase V RESET lead for PEO C3T.

Robert Heller

Robert Mulcare

Robert Mulcare is a Managing Director at New Mountain Capital, having joined the firm in 2007. He co-leads New Mountain's long-standing investment strategy in the security and defense services sector. Mr. Mulcare joined the MAG Board of Directors as part of New Mountain's investment into MAG in 2018, in support of MAG's exceptional mission and service to its customers, and its outstanding growth. He also serves on the Boards of several other companies. Mr. Mulcare previously worked at McKinsey & Company in the New York Office, where he helped to advise companies on strategy and growth across various industries. Tom Weston

Mr. Weston is an experienced financial executive with a proven record of accomplishment over a 30-year career. He has broad-based experience in all areas of financial management including strategic planning and budgeting, external financing, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and prudent income tax strategies. His extensive knowledge and experience in matters associated with companies contracting with the U.S. Government, including those that are subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Cost Accounting Standards, will further strengthen and support the long-term success of our organization as the world's premier real time situational awareness service provider. Mr. Weston previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary at ECS Federal, LLC ("ECS"). During his tenure, he led the key accounting and finance initiatives of the approximately $900 million company. He also played a vital role in driving strategic direction through a focused mergers and acquisitions program. In 2018, he led the sale of ECS to ASGN, Inc., a large publicly held company. Mr. Weston holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
