As Head of Marketing, Alison Flaig is responsible for leading innovative, fully integrated marketing and brand development programs that drive revenue, growth and market share for Mortgage Cadence.
With more than 20 years of experience, Alison is passionate about marketing, events, and public relations, and has focused her entire career supporting the financial and mortgage industries. Before joining the Mortgage Cadence team, Alison spent nearly 15 years as a marketing and events leader with Enact Mortgage Insurance. She also served as Assistant Vice President of Public Relations for BB&T, now known as Truist, for six years.
Alison earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She resides with her husband and two sons in Raleigh, N.C.

As Head of Engineering, Damir Matic leads a uniquely talented group of individuals constituting Mortgage Cadence's engineering and architecture teams.
Damir joined Mortgage Cadence in 2003 as a Software Developer. His continued education and extensive experience have since guided the technical strategy, enabling Mortgage Cadence and its clients to pursue new business opportunities and achieve unique profit gains while continuing to provide superior service to stakeholders. Prior to joining Mortgage Cadence, Damir's passion for technology and coding led him to Encoda Systems, Inc., a software and automation provider to the broadcast industry, where he gained valuable software product development experience as well as an intimate understanding of the essential role that product architecture plays in the success of an overall business strategy.
In 2000, Damir graduated with honors from Regis University. He currently holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics.
Deepak Sambhariya serves as Head of Service Delivery for Mortgage Cadence and is an Accenture Principal Director in the intelligent cloud and infrastructure practice. Sambhariya began work with Mortgage Cadence in July 2019 and is responsible for all engineering service delivery as well as all other service delivery functions, including client support.
He has more than 25 years of information technology experience, more than 20 of which have been spent with Accenture. His work has spanned multiple business sectors and clients.
As Head of New Logo Sales, Jeff Mattice is responsible for managing our sales organization and new business opportunities. Jeff brings more than 25 years of mortgage and real estate sales leadership experience to the organization, including extensive knowledge of both SaaS- and DaaS-based applications.
Before joining Mortgage Cadence, Jeff most recently served as Director of Sales for the Data & Analytics Division at ICE Mortgage Technology. Prior to that, he held numerous sales leadership positions with Black Knight, Xome, and Attom Data.
He and his family reside in Southern California.

Jim Rosen joined Mortgage Cadence in 2010 to build and grow the document generation and management offering at Mortgage Cadence. In 2014 Jim joined the Product Management team and brought his focus on automation, process efficiency and helping lenders find solutions to deliver mortgage loans to borrowers into to the product vision at Mortgage Cadence. In 2022 and beyond, Jim and the team plan to bring a new focus on partnership and service adoption to Mortgage Cadence lenders and through our re-imagined MCP platform, open and more functional API options, and expanded service strategies.
A native Coloradoan, Jim graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver and continues to call the Denver area his home. This vibrant and energetic community provides a year-round playground for him and his family who enjoy outdoor sports, and the lively arts and entertainment scene.

As CFO and COO of Mortgage Cadence, Keith manages the business unit's finance function, which includes overseeing the day-to-day finance processes and providing financial leadership in executing the company's overall strategy. His focus with Mortgage Cadence includes finance, HR, compliance/ legal, and contract and program management.
Keith joined the Mortgage Cadence team in 2021, previously holding several positions at Accenture. Keith's 12+ years of experience at Accenture includes roles in Client Financial Management, Strategic Planning & Analysis, and the Finance Lead of the Midwest Strategy & Consulting business.
Keith received his Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Colorado and currently lives in Chicago, IL with his wife and three daughters.

Kym Gully has joined us as the Chief Information Officer of Mortgage Cadence and is an Accenture Managing Director in the Cloud 1st practice. Kym has an extensive background encapsulating over 25 years in financial services, mainly within product strategy and development. Kym is responsible for the strategy and development of the Core Products that encapsulate the life cycle of a loan application. In addition, he is accountable for the Development Operations to include native cloud, Quality Assurance and Professional Services.
Kym came from a highly successful award-winning solution - Accenture Life and Annuity Platform (ALIP) where he was the CIO and responsible for all things functional and technical. Kym was a crucial driver in the change transformation of ALIP as a product both technically and functionally. Kym is a regular speaker at various conferences on product technology and strategy.
Monika Bhatla heads the Software Quality Assurance Center of Excellence for all the products in Mortgage Cadence. Monika brings in 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance driving adoption of Continuous Delivery at scale with expertise in Agile, DevOps, Automation and Load Testing. She has implemented Quality transformation across various information technology industries. She and her family are based out of Chicago.
Pedro serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Mortgage Cadence. Pedro brings vast experience in Financial Services and Banking, having worked with clients around the world and serving as the Global Client Account Lead for one of the largest global banking client accounts in Accenture. Before this role, he was the Client Portfolio Lead for Financial Services in the LATAM region.
Pedro joined Accenture in 1985 and has spent most of his career in the Financial Services Industry. He has specialized in managing mergers and acquisitions and large transformational programs for global financial services players.
Outside of Accenture, he has been an active member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) and a member of the Senior Leadership Council of ALPFA in NY. More recently Pedro was awarded with the HITEC 100 in 2021 as one of the most influential and notable Hispanic professionals in the Technology Industry.
Pedro lives in New York with his wife Denise. They have three daughters.
As Head of Client Success, Ryan Varner leads a dedicated team of Client Success Executives who advocate for our customers with a goal of maximizing their efficiencies and productivity while using Mortgage Cadence software solutions.
Ryan joined Mortgage Cadence in 2014 and has held various roles including Implementation Consultant, Strategic Engagement Manager, and Client Success Team Lead. Ryan has over 15 years of mortgage industry experience.
Ryan received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University and his MBA from St. Thomas University. He resides in Rosemount, MN with his wife, daughter and son.

As Chief Product Officer, Seth Hooper oversees the Mortgage Cadence product suite, guiding product strategy and development to ensure Mortgage Cadence leads the way in innovative loan origination technology.
Seth joined Mortgage Cadence in 2010 to build the document center offering, then moved into the product management group in 2012, first as the Reverse Mortgage Product Manager and then quickly adding the role of Compliance Product Manager. Prior to joining Mortgage Cadence, Seth worked at CoreLogic and First American in their mortgage service divisions.
As an 18-year veteran of the mortgage industry, Seth has experienced the residential mortgage origination process from a variety of vendor perspectives, and with lenders of all types and sizes. In his career, Seth has witnessed and worked through HELOCs, Construction, Reverse Mortgages, sub-prime lending, the 2008 housing crisis and loan modification, housing market recovery, TRID/KBYO and the rise of the digital mortgage.
Sudha Paturi, as the Client Implementation Lead, joins with over 20 years of expertise in designing and overseeing various program types. With a proven track record of successfully completing challenging projects and providing ongoing support, Sudha excels in setting and achieving goals, navigating challenges, and mitigating risks to foster strong client relationships. With extensive experience at Accenture, she has led multiple products across various domains such as Life Sciences and Transformation.
Before joining Accenture, Sudha worked at HP, where she managed numerous large-scale client implementations and contributed heavily to internal product development. Sudha holds a Master's degree in Computer Science, an MBA in Finance, and presently resides in the suburban area of Philadelphia.
