Ms. Krausz is an innovative nurse with outstanding interpersonal skills, that has also done research determining how working relationship between staff nurses and management affected staff perception of support. Additionally, she possesses broad knowledge on creating policy and clinical practices for hospitals.
Amanda received her bachelor's and master's in nursing from Bradley University. She received her master's in business administration with a concentration in healthcare administration from Saint Xavier University. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau and the Illinois Organization for Nurse Leaders.
Dr. Ledersnaider is the chief executive officer of The Nash Group. With more than 30 years of professional practice as both an educator and consultant, he specializes in operations redesign, information technology deployment, and strategic cost management in the healthcare industry.
Deborah Terry is president of The Nash Group, a leading healthcare advisory and consulting group. She brings more than 30 years of nursing, human resources and consulting know-how and experience to support the company's operations and clients. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing & psychology from Elmhurst College, and a master's degree in nursing and healthcare business administration from Xavier University. She has also earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. In addition to her consulting work, Deborah is a member of Lewis University's Healthcare Leadership Advisory Board, and was appointed to the editorial board of Issues in Health Care Law, Ethics and Regulation. She also served as a grant advisory board member for the Johnson & Johnson Promise of Nursing for Illinois Foundation. Deborah is active in the American Organization of Nurse Executives, the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration and the Society for Human Resource Management. She is a frequent guest lecturer at Northwestern University in Chicago, has published several articles, including "Effective Employee Relations in Reengineered Organizations" in the Journal of Nursing Administration. In 2012, she was voted Who's Who in America Entrepreneur of the Year.
John has been with The Nash Group since 2005 as an installation quality assessor and senior client systems deployment and support associate. He is also responsible for the Nash AnalyticsTM rollout to new customers, as well as upgrades and maintenance to existing systems. Prior to joining The Nash Group, John was a systems officer for over 15 years at two international banks in Chicago, and own and operated a construction company for over 20 years. John holds a bachelor's degree in history from Roosevelt University in Chicago and is a Certified Analytics Professional from Advance Solutions, int.

Kerry Abbott, RN, MSN is vice president and senior consultant for The Nash Group. She is an accomplished healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in progressive and diversified operational leadership in the acute care hospital setting. Kerry has a reputation for successfully leading transitions and managing complex change in challenging environments for nursing services. As a consultant, she brings clients extensive experience in strategy development, project management, consensus building, and mentoring of healthcare professionals; and has a track record of success in helping organizations achieve operational and financial goals while maintaining patient safety and clinical quality performance. Kerry holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from Northern Illinois University and master's degree in nursing from DePaul University. She is active in the Illinois Organization of Nurse Leaders (IONL), American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
Lynda C. Nash was a remarkable teacher, coach, and friend, and her immense ingenuity was an inspiration to everyone.

Ronald Finkelstein is the application service director for The Nash Group, where he leads software development and network administration. Ronald has over 20 years of comprehensive experience in information technology consulting, internet design, software programming, deployment, and implementation. He has also worked in sales and international trade of electronic hardware.
Ronald holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with a minor in business administration from the University de Los Andes - Colombia and, an MBA with focus on finance and marketing from Keller Graduate School of business. As a part of The Nash Group team, he is responsible for technology and platforms deployment and selection, software development and architecture, including quality and reliability testing of all software business and analytics tools.
