AVT's capabilities range from installing strain gauges for stress measurement to monitoring vibration, displacement, angle, load, pressure and temperature, all of which can be measured simultaneously under static and dynamic loadings. Geodetic monitoring techniques provide additional data, whilst special wireless sensor systems allow permanent remote data collection. Warning thresholds can be set to warn relevant personnel of structural changes outside pre set limits.
