Christopher P. Orlando

Christopher P. Orlando advocates for employees in both class action and private attorneys general representative actions, as well as individual discrimination and wrongful termination cases. Additionally, Christopher has experience representing plaintiffs and recovering damages in personal injury accidents. Having graduated law school from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2019, Christopher passed the July 2019 California Bar Exam and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2019. During law school, Christopher gained litigation skills and experience on the business law journal, pre-litigation and trial advocacy sections, and UC Hastings Moot Court Team, winning a best oralist award, a best brief award, and reaching the quarter finals of the University of California, Davis Asylum and Refugee Law Moot Court Competition. Christopher also gained practical experience, working as a teaching assistant for the UC Hastings Legal Writing and Research program, and later as a law clerk and associate at four plaintiffs-side law firms prior to joining Setareh Law Group in 2020. Christopher lives in nearby Culver City, frequently visits his family in San Diego and the Bay Area on weekends. Christopher enjoys reading fiction, nonfiction, and the New York Times, and playing basketball in his free time. Farrah Grant

Ms. Grant is a fan of performing arts, and she is a performing member of the Academy of Magical Arts. Farrah Grant works to vindicate the rights of employees in the workplace on a classwide and individual basis. Ms. Grant represents employees in federal and state court on a wide variety of wage and hour claims, including unpaid wages, meal break and rest break violations, inaccurate wage statements, and unreimbursed work expenses. Ms. Grant has litigated and resolved many employment cases for the benefit of employees. Ms. Grant joined Setareh Law Group in February 2015. Her practice focuses on wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, FCRA actions and individual employment cases, especially gender, disability, race, and age discrimination. While attending law school, Ms. Grant was chair of the El Centro Workers' Rights Clinic and served as a managing editor of the Entertainment Law Review. While a law student, she also worked as a judicial extern in the Central District of California. After law school, Ms. Grant clerked at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Before joining Setareh Law Group, Ms. Grant worked for a boutique employment law firm in Los Angeles. Nolan Dilts

Nolan Dilts is a plaintiff's attorney through and through. After growing up in small-town Ohio, Nolan set his sights to Los Angeles where he graduated from Pepperdine School of Law with honors. At Pepperdine, Nolan served as a Literary Citation Editor for the Law Review Journal and received a Certificate in Entertainment, Media, and Sports Law.

Thomas Segal

Mr. Segal is a seasoned civil litigator and since 2006 has exclusively represented individuals and small businesses in class actions and other complex litigation. His practice involves labor and employment class action lawsuits involving various violations of the California and federal labor laws, wrongful termination cases such as discrimination and harassment claims. Mr. Segal's practice also involves class action lawsuits involving violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. He has extensive experience litigating in both federal and state courts. Mr. Segal has successfully obtained class certification against numerous corporate defendants including T-Mobile, First American Title Company, Fidelity National Title Company and Home Depot. William M. Pao

William M. Pao represents workers in wage-and-hour and background check class actions, as well as single party wrongful termination claims. When William started practicing law right out of law school, he worked on the defense side advising and defending employers in workplace disputes. After working at several "biglaw" firms, William joined Setareh Law Group in 2017 and the rest is history - in a short span of only 30 months, he has helped settle over thirty class-action cases. William litigates in both California state and federal courts and leads a team that handles more than a hundred class actions throughout the state. He has obtained summary judgment and significant settlements involving claims under: - California and federal wage-and-hour laws and regulations - Fair Credit Reporting Act and analagous California laws - meal and rest breaks - off-the-clock work - regular rate of pay calculation - misclassification of exempt status - rounding of punch time - sexual harassment - discrimination (race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, religion) William lives with his dog Rocky, an English bulldog mix, that he adopted.
