SOLAR ENERGY ENGINEERING

Solar Energy Engineering (SEE) is a continuing education program that offers students from around the world the opportunity to earn a Master's degree or Certificates of Advanced Study (CAS)... The Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems ISE in Freiburg was founded in 1981. This Institute is dedicated to promoting a sustainable, economic, safe and socially just energy system throughout the world. With an annual research budget of over 100 million Euros and over 1200 staff members, it is Europe's largest research institute in solar energy... Each year, in mid-September, we offer one-week-long on-campus events in Freiburg, where you get to meet lecturers and students face-to-face. Masters students are required to join the on-campus week at least two times during their studies. This week is a real highlight of the program and poses a unique networking opportunity for both Master's and Certificate students.
