Bill Souvall - President

Bill, a native Utahan, has been in the construction business since graduating from the University of Utah in 1975. At this time, Bill was working for this father, Pete Souvall in the family construction business. Today, Bill proudly serves as President and Owner of Souvall Brothers Construction. Bill is still heavily involved in the day to day operation and meets with every customer personally. As President, Bill is reliable, accountable, trustworthy, and capable. These attributes are fundamental and represent the way in which Souvall Brothers Construction conducts business, navigates challenges and builds meaningful relationships. Bill's most prideful of having a business that has survived and thrived through numerous business cycles, ups and downs, and changing economic conditions and getting a call from a past client who has a need and thinks of calling Souvall Brothers Construction first. When not on the job, Bill is a family man first; activity involved with his children and grandchildren; he is a dedicated University of Utah sports fan, and has most recently taken up ranch-life, spending weekends with horses, beeflo, pigs and tractors.

Jon Murdock

Jon, also a native to Utah has 22 years of construction experience and was recruited to Souvall Brother Construction in 2007. Jon is a steadfast, honest, hardworking and loves a challenge. Jon is capable of managing multiple projects, crews and subcontractors and is Souvall Brothers Construction Principal Project Manager. Jon's industry reputation is a perfect balance of ‘get it done' and ‘teamwork, everybody wins'. There is no job that is too complex for Jon and his team. Prior to running operations for Souvall Brothers, Jon spent 14 years in commercial construction with SKS Drywall. Jon rarely takes a break from the job, but when he does it's to study Brazilian Jui Jitsu, which he competes in on a national level, custom wood-working and rock climbing. Jon is also a self-proclaimed music aficionado.

Justin Quillen

Justin was born and raised in the countryside of upstate New York (Woodstock). Relocating to Utah in 2000, Justin is a graduate of the University of Utah, and holds an MBA from Westminster University. Justin's background is manufacturing, primarily aerospace. Justin's perspective lends itself to project management, lean principals, process improvements, facilitization, customer service and business growth. In Justin's most recent role, he was employed by Harris Aerostructures where he grew their composite portfolio from one product line and $20M in content, to four product lines and over $150M of content in three years. To accommodate this growth, Justin also managed a facility expansion and equipment upgrades required to meet the new business demands. Justin has always been captivated by the construction industry and shares the same values of Bill and Jon. If Justin is not in the office, or on the job with Jon, then he's enjoying Utah football and the outdoors with his wife and three sons.

Tom Souvall - CMO

Tom, Bill

Tom, Bill's brother, is a licensed Utah Real Estate Broker who manages relationships with regional corporations whom have contracted with Souvall Brothers to fulfil their construction needs. Tom's experience includes the acquisition of raw land, lease negotiation of retail buildings, concept and master planning pertaining to design builds, thus maximizing footprint utilization for commercial and industrial enterprises. Tom is an avid outdoorsman, bicycle and golf enthusiast. It's not uncommon to see Tom feverously peddling up Big Cottonwood Canyon in the morning, only to find him on the golf course that same afternoon. Tom has participated in The Huntsman Cancer Institute's, Huntsman's 140 (one day 140-mile fundraiser); the Ultimate Challenge, which is noted as Americas toughest one day stage bicycle race; as well as the LOTOJA (Logan, UT to Jackson Hole, WY) America's longest one day bicycle race.
