SU FERC

SU FERC, LLC is an affiliate of Sharyland Utilities that focuses on new areas outside of the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) where significant transmission system improvements are needed. The following project provides additional support to help strengthen electric transmission with improving reliability, expanding access to markets, lowering the costs of delivered energy and allowing new generating resources to interconnect with existing systems... On March 31, 2016, SU FERC, LLC commenced an open solicitation process for capacity on the Southline Transmission Project. SU FERC intends to allocate up to 100% of its capacity rights to customers through an open and transparent capacity allocation process.
