Amber graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2003 with a Master of Physical Therapy degree and has been with SWMC since 2004.
She has received additional training in Functional Dry Needling Level 1 with KinetaCore. Dry needling is an adjunctive treatment to relieve muscle tension, release trigger points, and improve the healing environment around injured tissue. In addition to her extensive orthopedic experience and training, Amber also has expansive training in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Geriatric Neurology.
In her spare time, Amber is a volunteer youth soccer and basketball coach.
Bradyn grew up in Elgin, Ok. He graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and has been a Physical Therapy Assistant for more than three years with a specialty in spinal cord injuries. Bradyn enjoys watching sports, playing golf, playing the drums, and thrift shopping.

Brooke joined the Center for Sports and Rehabilitation after completing her Associate of Applied Science degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She was drawn to a career in occupational therapy after seeing the need for skilled rehabilitation through her involvement in athletics.
Brooke enjoys working with a wide array of patients, including those recovering from sports injuries, surgery, and orthopedic conditions among others. She is passionate about working with patients to help them achieve their goals and return to their prior activities and hobbies.
Brooke is board certified by the National Board of Certified Occupational Therapy. She has a special interest in sports medicine, upper extremity rehabilitation and orthopedics.

Dr. James is a family medicine physician with Southwestern Primary Care. She received a Medical Degree from the University of Oklahoma Medical School and completed residency training at the OU Family Medicine residency program.
As the Medical Director of Southwestern Medical Center Inpatient Physical Rehabilitation, Dr. James assists with developing and implementing patients' treatment plans as well as coordinating patient admission and discharge with their physicians.

Lacinda received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas Women's University in 1987. Since that time, she has worked in acute, skilled, rehabilitation, school system, aquatic, home care and outpatient settings. Lacinda is certified in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) and cupping to assist with pain, muscle awareness and general mobility. She also holds a certification in taping to assist with pain, muscle inhibition, muscle activation, edema and general soft tissue mobilization.
A member of national and state physical therapy organizations, Lacinda has continued with her education allowing her to provide patients with a diverse range of care. Her interests are to advance in IASTM, cupping and taping, and earn her PWR Up! (a Power for Parkinson's program) instructor certification.
Lacinda was born and raised in southwest Oklahoma, where she has spent most of her 33-year career. When not at work, she can be found at the local gym doing her favorite past time of "working out" or with her son, daughter and four legged friends.
Michael graduated with an Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. For his undergraduate work, Michael received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. In addition to his coursework, Michael participated in an additional internship program with an Athletic Training/Sports Medicine focus at Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
Michael has current certifications as an Active First Responder. He is EMT/EMR certified and volunteers at a local fire department.

Roni graduated from Oklahoma University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders and from Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center in 1982 with a Master of Science Degree in Speech Pathology. Ms. Gardner also holds the Certificate of Clinic Competence from the American Speech/Language Hearing Association as well as the Oklahoma State Licensure in Speech Pathology.
Roni has practiced for 35 years in the field of Speech Language Pathology in a variety of settings, including acute care, in-patient rehabilitation, and outpatient. Her areas of expertise include aphasia, cognitive impairment, voice disorders, and swallowing disorders.
Steven graduated with an Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Steven has been working as a Physical Therapy Assistant since 1995. For his undergraduate work, Steven received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from Oklahoma Christian University. Steven was a 3-year letterman on his college varsity basketball team. He specializes in sports medicine and has worked in a variety of areas from in-patient, nursing homes, home health, aquatics, and pediatrics.
Tina grew up in Lawton, OK. She graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and has been a Physican Therapy Assistant for more than 20 years with a specialty in massage therapy. She enjoys traveling with her sisters and going to the beach. In her spare time, Tina loves going to the gym and playing with her two rescue dogs.
