I have been in the recruitment industry all my business life, specialising in delivering managed services and recruitment solutions to the private and public sector through my City of London based TRG Group. Clients have included the Palace of Westminster, No. 10 Downing Street, ITN, Legal & General, Pearsons, Linklaters, BAE Systems, European Commission, CBRE, the Ministry of Defence, Shell, Buckingham Palace, NHS, Deutsche Bank and many other significant national and international organisations... In 1998 I founded the successful Smith & Manchester consultancy to deliver recruitment solutions to the personal injury and clinical negligence markets, the first of its kind, which I eventually sold to concentrate on my other business interests...
