Daniel is a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and has several years experience in the residential conveyancing field. Jake qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2016 and joined the Company shortly after.
He has quickly worked his way up the ranks and having served as Head of Conveyancing is now a Director holding a Council of Licensed Conveyancers Managers License. Jake's experience is broad having worked on all manner of property titles and clients of varied backgrounds from people moving home to working with construction companies on the creation of housing developments.

Nick Bunstone is a Solicitor who qualifed in 2008 and has a wealth of conveyancing experience. Nick has assisted all types of client from National companies to young first-time buyers and is aware of all of the unique circumstances that surround each type of client. Nick has also assisted parties with more ‘non-standard' transaction types such as applications to Council for route / pathway access and complex adverse possession claims.
Rebecca is a vastly experienced Solicitor, having previously managed teams at other firms, she has brought her wisdom and professionalism to HB Property Legal.
