Andrea has worked within the Health and Social Care field for 20 years and has experience working with both children and adults across hospitals, care homes and domiciliary care. Having started as a health care assistant, she has dedicated her career to improving the quality of life for individuals accessing health and social care services.
Andrea joined the senior leadership team in September 2021 to lead the quality and compliance function; ensuring that high standards of care are met across all services. Andrea is particularly passionate about improving outcomes for those living with Dementia and is currently working towards a postgraduate qualification in person-centered Dementia Care.
ANGELA PAGE Regional Adult Nurse Read More I first joined Prestige in 2006 at the age of 55 when I retired from full time work. I left some time after and then joined Prestige again in 2016. In 2018 I took on the Role of Branch Nurse, which then became Regional Nurse. I love my Role. I mostly support My Care Colleagues, predominantly the ones who provide Complex Care. I have the pleasure of meeting our Clients and their Families in their own homes. My role is very varied, and no two days are the same. I have become Teacher, Assessor, Manager, Mentor and Guide. It is like all of my skills have been drawn together in this one ‘Meant to Be' Role. After 0ver 30 years as a Registered Nurse I have the opportunity to pass on some of my knowledge and Skills before age finally catches up with me. It is a Privilege to do what I do, and I consider myself to be very lucky. Going back to the start of my care career I commenced my Training at the age of 37 and in 1990 became a Registered General Nurse. In 1998 I gained my ‘City and Guilds Further and Adult Education Certificate,' and followed that a year later with ‘The Counselling and Psychology Central Awarding Body, Certificate in Counselling Skills'. I have undertaken many courses since then, and have recently completed the Parkinson's UK ‘Train the Trainer Course'. My first post after qualification was General Surgery, then in 1992, I moved to a Hospice as I wanted to provide Quality Person Centred Care for people at at the end of their life. In 2006 at the age of 55 I retired from Full Time work and it was then that I first joined Prestige. Due to other employment opportunities with Derby and Derbyshire Health Trusts I ended up leaving a while after. In 2009 I was approached by a Company called ‘Handle With Care' who provided Training for several Domiciliary Care Companies and Care Homes, and was asked to join their Team of Trainers and for a while I worked for them. In 2016, I decided to go back to direct patient care before I got too old to manage the physical requirements, and came back to Prestige. The Derby Branch were concentrating predominantly on Homecare with some Healthcare shifts in Nursing homes, so I worked mostly as a Health Care Assistant. I did some work with Whizz Kids, both as a Nurse and a Support worker, and loved every minute.
My passion for caring for people can be traced back over 25 years, which I have worked in a variety of sectors within Care Services such as Children and Youth work and Adults with Learning Disabilities, as well as Care at Home, Mental Health, and Physical disabilities. I worked within Learning disabilities services for 12 years, where I advanced from a support worker to service manager and then had the opportunity to be involved in a start-up Care at Home business supporting around 100 individuals within the Angus area. I am committed to my own learning and development and have completed an SVQ4 in Leadership and Management and am working through my 2 nd SVQ4 Social Services and Healthcare. Having previously completed a PDA in Supervision and NC and HNC in Social Services and am also a mental health first aider. I am very passionate about providing an exceptional standard of care and enjoy working with my colleagues to achieve this.

I qualified as a nurse in 1990 and spent the early part of my nursing career working in acute care eventually as a charge nurse in a vascular surgery ward. In 2001 I moved to higher education to become a lecturer in adult nursing eventually progressing to be Academic Programme Lead for adult nurse education. I was recognised for excellence in education by an award for student support and in 2023 became a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Throughout my career have remained committed to personal and professional development achieving a range of qualifications. I am a registered nurse, a registered nurse educator with a Post Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching. I have a BSc in Nursing, Certificate in Management Studies, an MSc in Health Sciences, and in 2023 gained an MSc in Professional Practice. In 2023 I decided it was time for a change so moved back into healthcare. I initially spent some time working in care homes to widen my clinical experience then was delighted to accept the role of Regional Nurse (Scotland) with Prestige Nursing & Care. I am passionate about care at home; this passion has been influenced by my personal experience as a carer for my son who lives with complex care needs and my role as a trustee for Dundee Carers Centre.

Danielle joined Prestige Nursing & Care, initially in 2018, to lead the team in all aspects of the people journey to those who support and care for our clients every day.
With the evolution of the Home Care portfolio, Danielle played in pivotal role in welcoming The Good Care Group & Oxford Aunts to the Home Care family. Together with Comfort Keepers Ireland, Danielle worked in partnership with business leaders and people teams on people matters across the region.
With the focus now in Prestige Nursing & Care, Danielle joins the senior leadership team with over 25 years' HR experience across people centred business including retail, facilities management and the last 10 years in health and social care. Guy was proud to join the dedicated team at Prestige as Chief Financial Office in February 2024.
Guy started his career in finance, joining a firm of Accountants back in 1988 where he began his studies to qualify as a Chartered Accountant, which he achieved in 1993. Since then, Guy has worked in the private sector predominantly within the support services industry, where he has developed his passion for working in people centric businesses.
Guy has held many varying roles throughout his finance career, from his early days as a junior accountant, to commercial business partnering through to senior leadership. Along the way, Guy has worked across a variety of business areas supported by strong finance teams. It is a particular passion of Guy's, to create environments where his teams can thrive and develop their skills to help them on their career journeys

I then worked full time in the hospitality industry as a manager for four years, but I really missed working in care, so I decided to go back to the care industry, and I have worked with Prestige Nursing & Care in Kirkcaldy since 2014. I started as a home carer but was keen to develop professionally and move into an operational role. Prestige believed in me and gave me the opportunity to take on the role of Field Care Supervisor, then later a Care Co-ordinator before being promoted to Field Care Manager and finally to Branch Manager of Prestige Kirkcaldy. I was keen to join Prestige as I knew, as an organisation they share the same values as I do in terms of delivering high standards of care that really make a positive different to the lives of those they care for and their families. HEATHER FLETCHER REGIONAL ADULT NURSE Read more I joined Prestige Nursing and Care in February 2022 as a Regional Adult Nurse at our Liverpool Branch. I am very much enjoying my time here developing competent teams for our complex care clients. I qualified as a Nurse in 2018 and started my career in the Northwest Spinal Injuries Unit in Southport, where I gained a wealth of knowledge surrounding long term ventilation, rehabilitation, and nursing someone with a Spinal Injury. In 2020 I transferred to the Intensive Care Unit, where I worked through the Coronavirus Pandemic and developed skills in managing acutely unwell patients. During this time I also developed my knowledge in Ventilation, Physiotherapy and IV Therapy.

I have worked with a range of needs in various sectors including dementia, mental health, end of life and addiction & probation which has given me a wealth of experience. My previous experience includes working in a fulfilment bureau until I became the sole carer of my gran who became terminally ill. This lead me to choose a career in care.

In 2018 I moved to the Derby Branch as the Registered Care and Compliance Manager. From a teenager, I always wanted to work with children so during my training I was drawn to support those who had additional needs and struggled socially in an educational environment. The role of Care Assistant in a Local Government Day Service ignited my passion and desire to promote inclusion and independence for adults with profound and complex learning disabilities and Autism. Having spent eight years in various roles within the day service environment, I decided to progress my career in Supported Living Services so I could further champion the right support being available to people with learning disabilities. Between 2002 and 2018 I worked in the not-for-profit sector championing this passion and progressing my career to become the Managing Director of a learning disability support provider in the East of England. During this time, I completed an NVQ RMA Level 4, Person Centred Planning Facilitation and Positive Behavioural Support training. I am highly qualified by experience and I believe that knowing and understanding the role of a carer having been one myself, enables me to support and inspire others. MANDY AIKMAN MOBILISATION COMPLEX NURSE SPECIALIST Read more I qualified as a Registered Adult Nurse in 2011 at Royal Preston Hospital through the University of Central Lancashire. I have gained a wealth of experience in a variety of different settings, firstly in Intensive Care at Preston then through multiple different hospitals across the North West. I then moved into Renal care before training as a Disability Analyst assessing for Personal Independence Payments. Following this was the start of my community based nursing journey. I worked in a complex care nursing unit for 12 months then moved into Complex home care. I began working for Prestige Nursing & Care in January 2022 and love what I do. I provided clinical expertise, training and professional leadership to the Blackpool team, to ensure the safe planning and delivery of high quality care to adults with complex needs within their homes and community settings. I take great pride in my work and my aim is to always ensure person centred, holistic care is delivered to our clients and families. Maria became Chingford branch manager in April 2021. Maria originally joined Prestige Nursing & Care, and the Care sector in 2016 as a Care Assistant with no experience, yet with solid training and development after three years delivering care Maria became the Field Care Supervisor and a year later she then progressed to the Care Planner role before being promoted to Branch Manager.
The variety of roles that Maria has held whilst with Prestige provides her with a wealth of experience in care delivery, safety, and quality. Maria has supported clients with complex care needs, children who have special needs and challenging behaviour and elderly people living with dementia.

NATALIE KENT REGISTERED NURSE Read More I have been a paediatric nurse for over 16 years, initially working within a children's teaching hospital rotating within the areas of burns and plastic surgery, orthopaedics and general medical/ neurology, nursing children from infancy up to 17 years old. In 2005 I joined a team on a Lead Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Roselyn Lawler Regional Adult Nurse - East Read more In 2018 I joined Prestige as a Regional trainer, and in 2023 I became a Regional Nurse for the East Region. Within the Regional Nurse role, I support our complex clients ensuring their needs are met in a person-centered, holistic, safe and effective way. I work closely with the Branch Manager, Field care team, Branch office staff, the wider community and members of the multidisciplinary teams to ensure all clients are fulfilled and remain as independent as possible. In 1983, I qualified as an SRN, and worked within the local hospital on the burn unit, followed by 18 months in maternity services. I spent most of my career within care and Nursing homes looking after people with dementia and neurology disorders and was a Registered Manager of a dementia care home for 9 years. I have worked for Prestige Nursing & Care in Staffordshire since 2016 when I started as a Care Co-ordinator, this was in fact my first job in the care sector. I am delighted to now be overseeing the Stafforsshire and Blackpool branches. Sarah started her career in care after qualifying as a mental health nurse in 1993. She has worked predominately in the private sector for the past 30 years, gaining experience across the social care sector, complex care including Acquired Brain injury, learning disabilities, mental health, autism, and care for older people.
Sarah has worked across most settings including hospitals, residential care, nursing care and community, and supported living services. Sarah is passionate about empowering people to live independent lives and achieving their life goals. Striving to ensure that outstanding care is delivered to people we support and ensuring that there is a well-trained experienced workforce in place to meet the needs.

I qualified as a Registered Nurse with a BA in Professional Studies in Nursing from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh in 1988, and attained an MSc in Nursing from Manchester University in 2004. I spent 33 years working in the NHS, 31 years of which was as a District Nurse where I was also a qualified Community Practice Teacher/Assessor and nurse prescriber. In 2017, after a short stint working with NHS 111, I started work in the social care sector, firstly as a Regional Nurse, before moving into an Operational Manager position. I have a passion for learning and development and am keen to working with my colleagues across Prestige to further develop this function and support our teams with reaching their potential.
I have worked in Health and Social care for over 10 years having started my career in residential child care. My interest in care stemmed from caring for my grandparents who were diagnosed with cancer and dementia. Watching them receive both positive and negative care experiences from a number of providers helped me realise what a positive impact good care can have on an individual and their family.
