Alex Gornall

Job Titles:

Alex joined Clement Rabjohns late in 2023. After finishing his A-Levels at Dean Close School in Cheltenham, he earned his degree from the University of Bristol in 2019. Following university, he dedicated four years to a Big Four audit firm, accumulating expertise in multi-national group audits and FTSE 350 entities. Outside of Work, Alex spends all of his free time watching football and rugby, while also unsuccessfully attempting to train his dog.

Andrew Lauer

Job Titles:

Andrew joined Clement Rabjohns in 2017. After leaving Prince Henry's High School, he graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in Economics and Accounting. He then qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2015. He is mainly involved in general accounting for small incorporated and unincorporated businesses. Andrew has a young daughter and enjoys sport, reading and generally being outdoors.

Biddy Munro

Biddy is a Trainee Chartered Accountant. Her academic journey saw her through Chipping Campden High School and later Prince Henry's Sixth Form, where she studied an eclectic mix of subjects, including psychology, maths, and business. Beyond her career pursuits, Biddy enjoys going to the gym, enjoying the outdoors and baking!

Ellie Raxter

Ellie is currently a Trainee Chartered Accountant, when she's not immersed in numbers and financial matters, she embraces her leisure time with enthusiasm! Ellie enjoys playing netball, finds relaxation in holiday getaways, and cherishes the meaningful moments she shares with her family and friends.

Fiona Waters

Fiona joined the firm in 1989 as a receptionist. She attended Evesham College and obtained a Diploma in Office Studies. Her role as a Personal Assistant now embraces a wide range of secretarial and administrative responsibilities. Fiona has lived in Worcestershire all her life and having been brought up in a village, she is a country girl at heart. Her love of animals and the countryside still remains and she likes to get out on walks whenever she can.

James Chantler-Mayne

In October 2023, James became a member of Clement Rabjohns, where he is currently undergoing training as an ACCA Accountant. He holds a degree in Business Management from Loughborough University. Outside of his professional pursuits, James is a accomplished triathlete, having participated in competitions around the world. In his spare time he enjoys watching some football and F1.

James Elwell

Job Titles:
  • Accountant
James joined Clement Rabjohns in 2019 after completing his A-levels at Alcester Grammar school. He started out as an Accounts Apprentice and in late 2023 James passed his final exams and is now a Chartered Accountant. He is mainly involved in preparing management accounts for some of our medium to larger clients. In his spare time James enjoys playing and watching football along with playing golf - as long as it's not raining.

James Miller

James embarked on his professional journey with Clement Rabjohns immediately after completing his A Levels in 1990. During those early years, he primarily worked as an assistant, working closely with Phil. Over the years, James has accumulated a wealth of expertise in various areas, including auditing, the preparation of limited company accounts, as well as corporate and personal tax matters. He has also been actively involved in the preparation of wages and VAT returns. Beyond the professional realm, James' interests revolve around his passion for watching horse racing and cricket. While he may have set aside his hockey gear from years ago, his enthusiasm for sports and the thrill of competition still remains!

Joanne Allen

Joanne, our Client Manager, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. She graduated from the University of Birmingham and in 2001 she embarked on her career with Clement Rabjohns, where she trained to achieve her FCA qualification. Outside the office, Joanne spends time with her two boys who share a passion for rugby.

Jonathan Pletts

Jonathan joined the firm in 2018 from Alcester Grammar School as a trainee accountant. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2023. He primarily deals with company audits but has a ranging portfolio from smaller incorporated businesses to large group company audits. In his spare time he enjoys playing football, walking his two Cocker Spaniels and attempting DIY at home.

Paul Woodward

Job Titles:
  • Practice Manager
Paul has been with Clement Rabjohns since in 1994, joining as a trainee accountant and progressing into the practice management role he now has. His personal interest in computing and technology enabling him to support the team with their IT queries and his good working knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks Online and Sage 50's desktop together with his accountancy training means he is able to provide accounting software support services of these solutions to clients. In his spare time Paul enjoys gaming, both computer and tabletop, roleplaying and is partial to the odd escape room.

Phil Parsons

Job Titles:

Phil trained with Clement Rabjohns and has been a Director of the firm for many years. He works alongside SMEs and owner-managed businesses across a wide range of sectors, providing general business guidance as well as specialist tax advice. He also advises business owners on their personal wealth strategies and asset protection. In his spare time, Phil enjoys keeping fit, travelling and watching live sporting events.

Sarah Carter

Job Titles:
  • Payroll Administrator
Sarah joined the Payroll Department at Clement Rabjohns in 2021 after having worked for several years within private companies running their payrolls. She attended Abingdon College for A-levels and then Middlesex University obtaining a Degree in English Literature, minoring in History of Ideas. Her role within the payroll department also extends to administrative duties for the company which requires a range of system knowledge. Sarah grew up in Oxfordshire, moving shires within the last 15 years. She loves to attend Zumba classes and is also most content spending time with family and friends as well as enjoying a good book - preferably by a pool.

Sarah Sanderson

Sarah qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003 and began working for Clement Rabjohns in 2005. Sarah has many years experience working in industry and in practice on accounts and management reports for limited companies and Directors. Outside of work Sarah enjoys reading, being outdoors and spending time with her young family.

Steve Nolan

Steve joined the firm as a trainee, qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2009. Steve became a Director of the firm in 2019 and specialises in general accounting, business advice and tax planning for small to medium sized businesses as well as private individuals. Outside the realm of finance, Steve's interests encompass a diverse range of activities. He's an avid football enthusiast, with a particular fondness for Birmingham City FC. In addition to sports, he enjoys reading, movies and spending time with his young family.

Tanya Milward

Tanya's journey with Clement Rabjohns began in 1986, when she joined as a trainee accountant. Tanya successfully completed the AAT qualification, a stepping stone in her career journey. In 1993, she qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant. Tanya's professional specialism lies in the domains of trust, estate, and personal tax returns and accounts. Her expertise in these areas has been instrumental in assisting clients with their financial needs and aspirations. Outside of work, Tanya finds solace in the simple pleasures of life. She enjoys leisurely walks with her dog, gardening and music!

Trish Emms

Job Titles:
  • Payroll Manager
Trish became a part of the Clement Rabjohns team in March 2015, bringing with her a wealth of expertise in payroll and accounts, a knowledge base that has steadily expanded over the years. She is exceptionally approachable and always ready to assist to the best of her abilities. Outside of work, Trish dedicates a significant portion of her free time to playing lawn bowls, where she competes at Club, County, and National levels. Her interests extend to the realms of theatre and music, and she highly values spending quality time with her family, including her two young granddaughters.
