Alexandra joined our team in February 2023 as our Lettings Administrator. She is highly organised and has a wealth of experience in administrative roles. Alexandra is always happy to help with queries regarding your tenancy.
Belinda joined the team in July 2023. Belinda has extensive customer service experience and enjoys building a rapport with clients and helping them find their perfect home.
Professional, friendly and approachable, Bev is our accompanied viewings representative, working closely with the Sales team, providing constant feedback from our buyers and on-hand to provide advice and assistance.

Joining the company in 2022, Carole has over 6 years experience within the property industry. She works closely with Senior Management alongside our Sales and Lettings team. Carole assists in all areas of the business utilizing her broad experience and skills.

Daniel has been part of the team since March 2021 and now heads the Property Management team, having brought with him previous experience managing a large portfolio for a corporate agency. Daniel prides himself in providing exceptional customer service with an extensive knowledge of the industry covering current legislative changes as well as being able to advise both current and new landlords on their property investment.
Daniel joined our ever growing team in February 2022 as a Property Manager. Daniel has had many years of experience within this role and we are excited to see what he brings to the table. Daniel is very enthusiastic and strives to work to the best of his ability to ensure the very best customer satisfaction.
Donna joined the firm in 1998, having also worked for Hockleys Residential and has clocked up over 20 years experience in estate agency. Since joining the firm she has been responsible for overseeing after sales going the extra mile to push sales through to a successful conclusion.
Bubbly and enthusiastic member of our team of viewing representatives, Francesca joined us in 2017 and works closely with the sales team providing feedback from our buyers.
George joined our ever growing team in May 2022 as a Property Manager. George has worked in both independent and corporate estate agencies and has many years of experience within this role managing large portfolio's for both. George is more than happy to help out with both tenants and landlord's queries to make sure all customers are satisfied.
Helen has worked in property for 20 years and is delighted to have joined the Lettings team in 2018. Helen holds the Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with her. Delivering excellent customer service is her passion along with ensuring that both Landlords and Tenants are supported through the constantly changing legislative landscape.
Jack has worked in the Norwich property market since 2009 and has gained a wealth of experience and expertise during this time. Having progressed from listing his first property at the tender age of 17, to now valuing in excess of 1000 properties a year. Repeat business and client recommendations are a testament to Jack's focus on exceptional customer service levels. With a bright future in mind, Jack is determined to keep Gilson Bailey at the cutting edge of the industry and would be delighted to come and advise on a tailored marketing strategy for you.

Having worked for a local office of a national Country Homes agent Juliette joined the sales team in 2014 and enjoys finding our vendors that quality buyer and is always happy to provide any extra assistance when needed, ensuring that our buyers and clients receive a positive experience.
Friendly and outgoing member of our team of viewing representatives, Kate joined us in 2022 and enjoys building a rapport with clients and assisting in any way she can.
Lauren joined the team in January 2017 having worked in the Norwich property market for 4 years with a large corporate agency. She prides herself on combining great levels of customer service with her local market knowledge to achieve the best results for our sellers.
After working at one of Norwich's most reputable Law Firms since the age of 17, Louise joined the Aftersales team in Brundall, when the family run business first opened the office, back in 2020! With over 10 years' experience of Residential Conveyancing, Louise brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding, which assists our customers throughout the aftersales process.
Louise originally started her career in a firm of solicitors dealing with Residential Conveyancing. From there she went onto join Arnold Son & Hockley Estate Agents, which then became Hockleys and progressed to Senior Negotiator. After 8 years Louise decided to return to the Conveyancing world and work as a Conveyancing Executive for a total of 10 years. With the wealth of knowledge from both Estate Agency and Residential Conveyancing she is well placed to provide our customers with all the support they need to get their matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
An established member of the Gilson Bailey Sales and Marketing team, Luke has a natural customer-focused personality, enabling him to confidently develop strong working relationships between himself and our clients. Luke is a valuable asset to our team producing professional photography and making sure the marketing strategy and property particulars are perfect before your property goes live.
Lydia joined our team in July 2023 as our newest Lettings Negotiator. She is keen to learn and enjoys helping both clients and tenants throughout the moving in process. Lydia is very enthusiastic and is eager to deliver the highest of customer service.

Scott joined us after managing a successful branch at a corporate agency where he progressed his career starting as a trainee negotiator. Over the years Scott has helped lots of clients with their moves and is always on hand to advise with both buying and selling. Living in NR13 himself, Scott is passionate to build local connections and build long lasting relationships.
Stacey joined our team in April 2023 as one of our Viewings Representatives. She has a passion for property and seeing the variations that design and history brings. Stacey enjoys presenting viewers with their potential new homes and answering any questions that may arise.
Stuart started out in estate agency in 1994 having worked for Hockleys Residential in Peterborough, formerly part of the Norwich and Peterborough Building Society Group, he was one of the original Partners in the management buy-out which formed Gilson Bailey & Partners in 1995. Stuart undertakes market appraisals on behalf of our clients whilst keeping a keen eye on sales within the office.
Su joined us in June of 2022, her role is largely based around the booking in, and confirmation of, viewing appointments. She works between Monday and Wednesday and has a lengthy history of working in positions requiring very strong organisational and administrations skills, always with a close eye on attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
