Joining the company in 2022, Carole has over 6 years experience within the property industry. She works closely with Senior Management alongside our Sales and Lettings team. Carole assists in all areas of the business utilizing her broad experience and skills.

Daniel Bush

Daniel has been part of the team since March 2021 and now heads the Property Management team, having brought with him previous experience managing a large portfolio for a corporate agency. Daniel prides himself in providing exceptional customer service with an extensive knowledge of the industry covering current legislative changes as well as being able to advise both current and new landlords on their property investment.

George has worked in both independent and corporate estate agencies and has many years of experience within this role managing large portfolio's for both. With over 10 years' experience of Residential Conveyancing, Louise brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding, which assists our customers throughout the aftersales process.

From there she went onto join Arnold Son & Hockley Estate Agents, which then became Hockleys and progressed to Senior Negotiator. After 8 years Louise decided to return to the Conveyancing world and work as a Conveyancing Executive for a total of 10 years. With the wealth of knowledge from both Estate Agency and Residential Conveyancing she is well placed to provide our customers with all the support they need to get their matter to a satisfactory conclusion.

Stuart started out in estate agency in 1994 having worked for Hockleys Residential in Peterborough, formerly part of the Norwich and Peterborough Building Society Group, he was one of the original Partners in the management buy-out which formed Gilson Bailey & Partners in 1995. Stuart undertakes market appraisals on behalf of our clients whilst keeping a keen eye on sales within the office.

Su Harvey
