Andrea Maddox

Andrea is the newest member of our team, yet has had a previous background in veterinary medicine since 2007. She knew the first time she job shadowed in high school, which was with Dr. Bailey, that she loved the job and wanted to continue this as her adult career. Andrea has two dogs, named Ace and Dude, and a cat named Leo at home. She enjoys riding horses, fishing, and spending time with her family during her spare time.

Destini Self

Destini began working here in 2023. She is born and raised in Crockett County. She loves all animals! In her freetime she likes to spend time with family and helping the school systems as a part of the PTA.

Dr. Breah Williams

Job Titles:
  • Veterinarian
Dr. Breah Williams is originally an Alabama native. She graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a bachelor's degree in biology and a minor in chemistry. She then went on to receive her veterinary doctorate from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Williams and her husband Tiler recently made Tennessee their home, along with their dog, Monroe, and their cat, Meredith. When not at work, Dr. Williams enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with friends.

Dr. David Lott

Dr. Lott has been practicing for 36 years. He attended UT Martin and then received his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from UT Knoxville. He grew up in Henderson, TN and now lives in Mckenzie, TN with his wife of 40 years. He has 2 children and 3 grandchildren. In his free time he enjoys running and gardening.

Dr. Janet Bailey

Dr. Bailey, owner of Bells Animal Clinic, is a 1994 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Bailey practiced at Huntingdon Animal Clinic for 11 years, taught at the University of Tennessee at Martin for 4 years, and has practiced at Bells for 9 years. Dr. Bailey and her husband, Crow, live in Gadsden with their two dogs and cat. They enjoy family, fishing, baseball, and spending time together.

Dr. Jessica Pennington

  • Veterinarian
Dr. Pennington grew up in west TN, and has always considered this area home. She attended undergrad at the University of Tennessee at Martin where she received her bachelor's degree in agriculture. She then went on to obtain her doctorate at The University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in Knoxville. Her special interests include educating owners on preventative medicine to help keep our special companions as healthy as possible; as well as, fear-free veterinary practices to help veterinary visits be a more enjoyable experience for every patient. She obtained her fear-free certification in 2017. While not at work, Dr. Pennington stays busy with her family on their farm raising beef cattle, and enjoying time with her menagerie of pets. Horseback riding and camping are some of her favorite activities. Being a part of Bells Animal Clinic, she hopes to promote long-term health and well-being for her patients and our wonderful clients.

Dr. Kendall Davis

Dr. Kendall Davis was born and raised in West Tennessee. She went to the University of Tennessee at Martin where she received a Bachelor in Science. She then went to veterinary school at The University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine to receive her doctorate. She originally worked in Jackson, TN prior to coming to Bells Animal Clinic. In practice, she enjoys forming close relationships with her clients and patients to ensure the best care. She also enjoys preventive medicine and soft tissue surgery. Outside of work, Dr. Davis enjoys spending time with her husband, their son, their chocolate Labrador retriever, and two horses. She enjoys experiencing the outdoors, being on the water, and going to the mountains with family and friends.

Dr. Molly Drakeley

Dr. Molly Drakeley was born and raised in Suffield, Connecticut; a small farming town in New England. Her adventurous spirit led her to attend Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. A loyal and True "Cowgirl" she earned all of her degrees at OSU including Bachelors of Science in Animal Science, Bachelors of Science in Entomology, and a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Drakeley enjoys building strong relationships with client education and understanding at the forefront. Dr. Drakeley has an assortment of pets including her Doberman Pincher Emmy, a small herd of Nubian Dairy Goats, Shropshire sheep, and a Llama named Zulu. She is a lifetime supporter of 4-H youth and the National FFA Association, from which she earned her American Degree in 2018. In her free time, Dr. Drakeley enjoys travel, horseback riding, and attending Oklahoma State University sporting events.

Jamie Knox

Jamie was born and raised in Crockett County. She has had a love for animals since she was a little girl and went on to attend college and graduate from The University of Tennessee at Martin. She is currently studying to take her boards to get her License as a Veterinary Technician. Jamie likes to relax with her dog, Tiger, and spend time with her friends when she is not at work.

Kayleigh Lewis

Kayleigh is a hometown girl and joined our family in August 2021. She was born and raised in Crockett County and then went on to graduate from the University of Tennessee at Martin with her Bachelor's degree in Agriculture with a concentration in Animal Science. Kayleigh enjoys riding her horse, Dakota, and spending time with her 3 dachshunds during her spare time.

Lindsey Riley

Lindsey has pursued her career in animal medicine for 14 years. She began working for Bells Animal Clinic in 2008, where she found her love for animals. Lindsey loves having a good time, laughing, and spending time with her four girls.
