Chétan Davé is a seasoned real estate private equity executive with leadership and business leading roles in US, India and Asia with over 27 years of experience in the real estate sector spanning private equity, fund management, fund raising, investments, development and design. Over the span of his career he has participated in investments in real estate assets valued at over $2 bn. He has experience in investments in all asset types, asset management, portfolio management, strategy, all aspects of managing a real estate private equity fund, fund formation, cross-border capital raising. and has interacted with major institutional investors in US, Canada, Europe, Asia, Japan, and Australia.

Martin Lamb has more than 25 years' experience in institutional real estate investment and management. Over the past four years, Martin has been focused on multifamily investment and management, completing seven investments and culminating with the founding of Clearlake Management, LLC with his partner Chétan Davé. In 2012, Martin returned to the US following 7 years in Asia. While in Asia, Martin was most recently Russell Investments' Director of Asia Real Estate, in Russell's Singapore and later Sydney, Australia offices, where he invested and managed a diverse $500MM portfolio invested in India, China, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia. Prior to Russell, Martin joined an operating partner of The Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds to oversee the design, development and management of hypermarket-anchored shopping centers in second- and third-tier cities in China. Martin founded the largest office for this US$400MM venture in Shanghai and recruited and managed more than 100 local professionals focused on leasing, property management and operations. In New York, Martin also served as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of AIG Global Real Estate's new Brownfields investment fund, targeting redevelopment investment opportunities in environmentally-impaired properties. Prior to joining AIG, Martin was an acquisitions Vice President for The Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds in New York, Los Angeles and London, and for the Argo Funds (a JV between JP Morgan and The O'Connor Group) in New York and Los Angeles. Martin is a graduate with honors of both Occidental College, Los Angeles, (AB) and UCLA (MBA), and he has been awarded a certificate of Mandarin proficiency by the Chinese government. Martin is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Apartment Association.
